Although it remains very likely, Paul @ Glastonbury has not been officially confirmed so far.

It will probably be quite hard to get a ticket :

Tickets for the 2022 Festival are sold out, with deposits paid for the 2020 Festival having rolled over for a second year, following the cancellation of the 2021 Festival.

Absolutely, and the American tour does not seem incompatible with a show in Glastonbury on June 25 (at the top of the poster on the 24th is Billie Eilish, and rumors say that it is Kendrick Lamar on the 26th).

Festival organizer Emily Eavis said the poster would be unveiled in March.

I keep my fingers firmly crossed.
