Stephen, did you ever get any help?  I had issues with several downloads and got exactly zero replies to my emails.  Not cool.

Stephen -- I had the exact same thing happen to me! Thanks for asking and to Triplets for the answer. I also had issues with FITD and Pure McCartney downloads. Neither finished and within a few minutes, the code was no longer valid. Not cool. Hopefully I can get some help!
