yes Wix was there before.
Rusty and Abe joined the band in 2001 and recorded Driving Rain with Paul. Brian joined a bit later and in 2002-3 they filmed and recorded the programme with concerts called Back In The World.

I come from the Czech Republic and love Paul and the Beatles very much.
He was here in Prague for two times and I was at both concerts. I also saw him in London twice.
His concerts are special and he is a kind person.
He makes wishes come true.
