REDEEM STILL DOWN! Unable download the hi-res files.

Received all (12) of the Paul McCartney Archive Collection for Christmas and birthday. 8-)

I go to the page "http://www.paulmccartney.com/redeem" and see the REDEEM button, but when I click the button I just get a blank browser screen coming up, with no place to enter my redemption code. If I hover over the Redeem button I see the link "javascript:void(0);" .

Just opened my first, a sealed Band On The Run (Deluxe Edition) so I tried "https://www.paulmccartney.com/redeem/bandontherun"and receiving "Sorry! That access code is not valid."

I've tried several browsers. Is this going to be fixed anytime soon? Judging from the thread it has been down before, and has been down again for awhile (20/05/19).
