to be fair audi , bbc radio 2 and 6 have had 'new ' on their a playlists for last 3 weeks, its been played ALOT , The most I've heard a new Paul song on UK radio since....... my brave face probably. when i play it at work everyone recognises it from hearing it on the radio too..

id be happy if Paul went from #4 midweek to #3 on Sunday, does anyone have first week sales figures for chaos ,memory and kisses ? around the 25,000 mark if i remember right?? so we can see how new compares.

well here in the UK i think an improvement from #4 to #3 is hopeful as its cher infront in the midweek chart but since Wednesday Paul has been well above cher on amazon and itunes, where from Monday he was well behind her on itunes.

had a quick look in my local hmv in Hastings England. big advert for new in window BUT not one copy on the new release section.... nothing

up to #16 on itunes UK and #1 on amazon

i wouldn't get too worried about it not charting well in UK. kisses barely touched the itunes chart, its sales were amazon and shops and the supermarkets, and new is doing better on amazon than kisses was the week before release, its been selling in advance for a Month and was number 3 at one point three weeks ago. its just entering top ten right now, well its climbed from 21 this morning to 11 and is overtaking pearl jam. lets wait and see what the bbc coverage all next week does... it surely can't hurt sales
