Such a great song! Great rock n roll, the 2nd best song on the McCartney album after (the perhaps too obvious choice ) Maybe I'm Amazed.

RE: Paul McCartney 2013 Rumours
Good if that's true that they give some help to Haiti, still so many homeless people there after the earth quake I heard the other day. But oh what are the odds of him performing Hey Jude there
: , sing-along and "take a sad song and make it better"

RE: Paul McCartney 2013 Rumours
^ I wonder if those people went to London just to ask for concerts, they could have saved their money and go to London next time he has a there concert instead

RE: Paul's best vocal
Anything of One Hand Clapping, the voice there is the best I have ever heard
Otherwise there's Too Many People, Back Seat, Tomorrow & Helter Skelter for example.

RE: Press to Play Remastered on iTunes
The Eggman67:
I discovered that on iTunes the remastered version of Press to Play is available. Untill a few weeks ago it had april 2011 as release date (that has been changed now to the original release date). Is this the same remaster as like McCartney I&II, BOTR and RAM? Did I miss something? And does this mean that Press To Play doesn't get the same treatment as the others?
It's probably just that it was added to itunes april 2011. And no you haven't missed anything, those you mentioned are all the remasters so far

RE: BREAKING NEWS: Magical Mystery Tour Next BLU-RAY/DVD release
If it will have Paul's comments then I must have it even though the movie itself is just terrible (besides the music and the fact that they're in it of course). I wonder though how much he remembers of making it because of the drugs and stuff, in Anthology he didn't even remember who's "fault" the movie was

Since the show, Noel Gallagher has done the dirty on his brother Liam by going on record saying that he - rather than Liam - was first approached to perform Wonderwall. But he turned it down "because they expected him to mime it"...
I bet that's true that Noel Gallagher was the 1st choice, he wrote the song and he's a lot more talented than all of them together but that's just my opinion of course. Noel also dedicated Wonderwall at a gig after the olympics to "The best Oasis tribute band in Stratford"

EVERY interview Paul does is beatle me this & beatle me that.
This is so true and annoying for all of us who loves his solo carrer too. A big example about it is last year when he was in Sweden there was an interview with him in a paper and he got the question, "what do you like to do in your spare time?" I can't believe how but he managed to from that same question go to saying that the movies about Beatles rarely stick to the true story. It can almost be a sport to Paul, "how many times can I mention Beatles without getting asked"

RE: Preshow Tracklist
Here's someone's youtube playlist that has these remixes:
I think Twin Freaks is much better but it's worth a listen. -

To("2"), Paul: Why("Y") Pee(Pea) In The Pool? (a terrible and utterly wild guess)
Maybe from the upcoming album

Is that green thing a lime?
A pea, at least that's what it's supposed to be

RE: The Paul Pictionary Song Game!
Very big but I think that this one is pretty good. Each row creates a word in the title.

RE: Preshow Tracklist
Paploo:
A lot of people have asked and responded about the tracks before Paul's shows. I personally have been trying to find out where these tracks have come from. I have some of them from a bootleg that came out some point during 2002, since there was an interview that included Paul's experiences after 9/11, and the Concert for New York. These tracks are not from the Twin Freak sessions. The bootleg implies that these tracks were from a Wingspan promo. The songs in question are: 1. Silly Love Songs - Artful Dodger Mix 6:23 2. Silly Love Songs - Loop De Loop Mix (Full Edit) 5:46 3. Silly Love Songs - Loop De Loop Mix (Radio Edit) 3:25 4. Coming Up - Loves Linus Mix 5:14 5. Let 'Em In - Different Gear Remix 8:58 6. Goodnight Tonight - Loop De Loop Mix 5:23 7. Let 'Em In - Remix #2 4:40 8. No More Lonely Nights - JSM/Alessi Bros Mix 5:16 9. Coming Up - Zak's Mix 3:08 Not all of these are from the pre-show playlist, although some are. The rest are on the disc. I guess the full answer I'm looking for is: not only where do they come from; but if they were their own album, in what point of time would they show up in Paul's discography (or are they related to a certain album, and hypothetically would show up on that album's "Archive Collection" release). Thanks for the help in advance. Jason
I have those remixes too but there aren't much information about them on the internet. Here's some information I found though: http://www.moptop.org/music/docs/beatles/boots/cd/wingspan-remixes.htm So it seems to be a fan compilation of official remixes that only were released in promo things for Wingspan.

RE: 2012 Olympic/Paralympic Games talk and trivia
USA should follow the rest of the world in this, our football is the football
And this afternoon there's too much to watch at the same time. Sweden plays the handball final (I don't know if it exists in the UK & US but it's big here). There's the basketball final. And Arsenal plays the last game before the premier league starts. But I just got to watch the handball even though we'll probably not win it.

RE: Set lists with only post-Beatle stuff
^^Yeah, a great setlist can't be great without Highway
^And good call on No More Lonely Nights. I'll add that one and Jr's Farm which I thought had there. (Not that these fantasy setlists matters but they're kind'a fun anyway)

RE: Set lists with only post-Beatle stuff
I remembered this great thread. Here's my set and I decided to have focus recent stuff becuase it wouldn't be any problems for his voice. Otherwise I'm not sure how "Back Seat" would work but I can definitely imagine Abe helping out on the high parts. Coming Up Junior's Farm The World Tonight Only Mama Knows Flaming Pie Highway My Brave Face Ever Present Past Lonely Road Letting Go Vintage Clothes/That Was Me Fine Line C Moon Promise To You Girl Calico Skies The Song We Were Singing This One Tug Of War With A Little Luck About You Rinse The Raindrops (Twin Freak'ish) House Of Wax 1985 No More Lonely Nights Uncle Albert/Admiral Halsey Silly Love Songs Helen Wheels Dance 'Til We're High The Back Seat Of My Car Mull Of Kintyre Hi Hi Hi Beautiful Night A solid set of songs I gotta say

RE: The Songs You Love.....That Most Don't.
There isn't enough love for Eat At Home, She's Given Up Talking & How Kind Of You. But I don't really know if you could call any of those songs disliked.

RE: 2012 Olympic/Paralympic Games talk and trivia
Two annoying facts. Sweden missed out on the gold medal in the womens triathlon by 0.009 seconds. And in the mens long jump we missed out on the bronze by 1 centimetre. Not fun at all.

RE: The Song Everyone Loves........But You .
The Long And Winding Road (haven't and won't ever understand why it has been played at like every single concert) Lady Madonna (same as the upper song. Studio version is great though) Waterfalls Bluebird
