Was also in Knoxville. There is definitely stubble LOL.
LetMeRollIt, where the heck were the back gates? Media told everyone to get there early for parking and as a result, there was a huge cluster at all the doors when they opened, and it took ages to get inside. Very disorganized and the heat didn't help. We were there very early for limo watch and then had a ton of time to waste because Paul arrived before 4:30, which is super-early for him. If I had known how bad the doors would be, we would have camped out near one so as to be first in.
Knoxville had a great, loud crowd which Paul acknowledged several times. His voice definitely sounds better live. He did take a drink before the platform solo set, and also took another one right before Live and Let Die.
John - Coming Up gets done in soundcheck sometimes and does sound great with the horn section. It would be fun if he put it into the set.
And it seems that Women and Wives has disappeared; I thought he was doing it on alternate nights, but during a discussion about it after the show, I checked setlist.fm, and it seems that it has not been performed since Fort Worth. Which is disappointing. I am glad I caught it in Seattle (at a show and a soundcheck).
Will see if I can remember anything else unique to Knoxville...
