Anyone...?

Hello,

I've had the deluxe box sets since each was released. HDTracks was recently running a sale on the hi res Archive sets. I bought McCartney and Ram, both sound great. Then I remembered, I have the card in each set that has never been used.

So I went to https://www.paulmccartney.com/redeem and clicked on redeem, but nothing happens. I guess I shouldn't be in a hurry after 5 plus years, but was hoping to download the albums in 24/96 for my Pono.

Is there someone I can email about this? I did download the RRS and WWL hi res last year, it worked fine then. Any help is appreciated!

Just dug out a bunch of cards from my sets, wanted to download the hi res. In Edge browser the redeem button does nothing, in Firefox it opens a new tab, which never loads.

Is there someone to email about this?
