Is this still happening? I thought Pres. Macron had cancelled all concerts through mid-July in France.

RE: Verified Fan
Don't ask me how, but I found a link for Montreal VIP packages (Front Row, Hot Sound, diamond, Gold, Silver, etc) - no code needed.
https://evenko.ca/en/events/14297/paul-mccartney/bell-centre/09-20-2018
I have 8th Row Center...HAPPY! (Gold Seats)
Hope a Stand-By gets the 1 pm code I won't be using!!!

Tm lists a “platinum presale” today at 10am. It’s Amex?
Couldn't find AmEx for Montreal, but I did find this!

Was able to buy Gold floor seats - 8th row center!!! Was They also had the Front Row, Hot Sound, something I hadn't seen call Diamond, Gold, Silver, etc. Hopefully, a stand-by will now be able to get a code instead of me for the 1 pm presale!
I'm both lucky and happy!

I am fan verified for presale tomorrow...but assigned 1pm sale time. American express sale starts at 10am. Would you try Amex first and be happy if successful...or fan presale better tickets to wait for?(and maybe not get). By 1pm fan presale could be all gone.
Is there a fan club presale, or are you referring to the verified fan resale? I'm also in the 1 pm club, but wondering if I can get access to the gold tickets at 10 am.. I'm also going to look for an AmEx presale at 10, as I've found those tickets to be at least as good as fan club, if not better (with AmEx Preferred).
Every sale has its own set of problems, but I would think TM would know what they are doing by now, as this is WHAT they do. Evenko is a partner site of theirs. It's always a shot in the dark.

RE: Montreal, QC - Bell Centre- 9/20- CONFIRMED
It appears there IS a Tuesday presale (see below) but perhaps not an AmEx presale. I only registered for Montreal, so I'm hoping it's not a mistake. For all the other shows, Tuesday is presale, Friday is General Sale. But as always, it's bad for my blood pressure, especially when I read, "We apologize for the confusion."
WHEN YOU'LL HEAR FROM US AGAIN
On the evening of Monday, July 9, you’ll receive an email confirming whether you’ve been verified and whether you’ve also been selected to participate in the presale.
If you are verified and selected, you’ll receive a text on the morning of the presale - Tuesday, July 10 @ 10AM local time - with your personal access code.
There is a four (4) ticket limit per code.

RE: Fan presale ballot
I did the Verified Fan lottery for Springsteen on Broadway and was lucky enough to get a code...except it arrived when I was under anesthesia in surgery! All ended well, though, as I was able to snag the last available disabled access seat! At least we will be able to find out if we're one of the lucky ones tonight. I'm hoping for Montreal!

Guess I'm going to be interviewed on syracuse.com tomorrow -I know many people have attended more concerts, but I guess I have the local record!
And here it is! syracuse.com article
Great article! What better to get your name in the paper for? Very nice!
Made 2nd page of the Sunday print paper! Last time I was in the paper, I got CRUCIFIED for pulling the plug on Nola Ryan's 6th? no-hitter to run a scheduled movie, about 20 years ago. Had no idea it was a no-hitter. This is better press.

Guess I'm going to be interviewed on syracuse.com tomorrow -I know many people have attended more concerts, but I guess I have the local record! I'm both ops: and . Best advice is to arrive early & hang out on Marshall St. Faegan's Pub has great food, Varsity Pizza can't be beat. Also love King David's mediterranean food. It' about a 10-15 walk to the dome from there. Phoebe's is another great place about 6 blocks down fro M. St., so plan accordingly. The Sheraton is having a party 5-7 and is right near the neighborhood. The Hill is a very friendly place - enjoy the SU campus. Traffi is not a huge problem if you're patient; we are used to big crowds. Enjoy your trip to my home town & my alum town. I'm more of a basketball fan than football. As we Say, GO SU!

Is anyone familiar with the parking situation at the Carrier Dome? I know there was an option for purchasing a $20 parking pass when I purchased the ticket, but I turned that down. Are there other places to park within easy walking distance of the venue? And does anybody know what parking will cost if we don't get the $20 pass in advance?
I've always found the best parking (around $20) off of East Adams St. heading east, just past the hospitals & South Crouse Ave. Get there early, tailgating is OK. Lots of parking available with bus shuttle at Skytop, but it's not within walking distance. Beware of parking on the street; unless you are truly legal, you WILL be towed. Traffic is well managed; lots of experience in exiting large #s of cars in and out of the university area. Best advice is to arrive early & tailgate or hang out in Marshall St. area before heading to the Dome. Have fun!
Thanks so much for the advice - I'm sure I'll have other questions as the date approaches! -Rubber Soul13
To be more specific, Skytop parking is NOT off East Adams St. but in outer University area with shuttle buses. I think E. Adams lots are more convenient, but arrive early. Hospital parking is also within hiking distance.

RE: Syracuse, NY- Carrier Dome- Sept. 23rd, 2017- CONFIRMED
OK, these are my opinions only. Closest, without a doubt, is the Sheraton University. Mind you, SU is on a hill, so you'll still have to climb up, but it is adjacent to Marshall Street and is probably your best choice. Genesee Grande on E. Genesee St - probably a mile or so, but still within walking distance, not a bad choice. Renaissance Hotel - a bit further, through a sketchy area but not horrible, still walking distance for active people. Parkview Hotel - same as above. DOWNTOWN - Hotel Syracuse Marriott - newly renovated but downtown is pretty crappy, check w/hotel to see of they are running any shuttles SYRACUSE MARRIOTT COURTYARD - near what passes for cool night area in Armory Square. Quite a hike from SU. Lots of decent hotels in suburbs, recommend a car to get around. Easy parking in SU area, they are used to dealing with big crowds. Public transportation is pretty lame. Check with any hotel to see if transportation is available, but be prepared to get your own car. Uber is SUPPOSED to enter the market soon, but I wouldn't count on it. Locals are friendly and will help you out!

Bought my ticket this morning! I'm excited for this show because I went to Syracuse for grad school, and I haven't been back since I graduated. Now I have an excuse to go back!
Welcome back - it's the best time of the year! In my heart, I always thought Sir Paul would get here, eventually. And September is a gorgeous month. Campus is beautiful!

Trying for this show... I don't think I've ever done a general sale before. If anyone has done the general sale, how have their fared? I 'm thinking I should still be alright, seeing as it's a 49k capacity venue. Hoping for a direct view straight-ahead. What do you think my odds are for 3 tickets with a straight-ahead view? -Rubber Soul13
You should be OK, but the 300 level seats are in the stratosphere. I'd suggest going for 100/200 level seats rather than the rear of the floor, as it's a pretty big place.

RE: Syracuse, NY- Carrier Dome- Sept. 23rd, 2017- CONFIRMED
Thrilled to death Sir Paul is coming to my home town! The Carrier Dome doesn't have the best acoustics, but we have lots of experience getting crowds in and out of the university area. September is a great month to visit - really pretty. Any questions, just ask! Denise

RE: Cleveland, OH Quicken Loans Arena August 18 - ARCHIVE
Just back from both Wed./Thurs. shows - "The End," for us, for now, for this year - 5 shows in 2016. Enjoyed them all! Only downside of Cleveland shows was location of $253 fan club tickets - not all that great in Sec. 4, row GG (oddly, for both nights). I usually have better seats through fan club (WHEN I score them), so that was a bit of a disappointment. At first, I thought his voice was a bit rougher on Thurs. night than Wed. night, but he came round - his daughter Mary & her son were in the audience along with wife Nancy, so I like to think he wanted to show what Granddad can do!!! Time to start saving my pennies for next year....

RE: East Rutherford, NJ - MetLife Stadium- August 7th - ARCHIVE
Great show, as always. Security & Guest Services were top-notch - so courteous and efficient - kept aisles clear without being obnoxious. I was too far away to take photos of the stage, but here's a photo of the audience waving phones during Let It Be. I've got two more shows in Cleveland before I declare bankruptcy!
