It's a pity Paul doesn't realise Only Our Hearts is the real classic and better than My Valentine and should be pushing it. IMO.

Mary Had A Little Lamb. Dismissed by snobby critics but just a great pop song aimed at kids.

You gotta be kidding me. My Valentine is exquisite and musically and emotionally complex. Only Our Hearts is a good but ordinary Paul love song and not remotely in the same league.

Not kidding. I just really love Only Our Hearts and prefer it to My Valentine but each to their own.

I love Neil Finn he is a fine songwriter and have been a bit of a fan since the Split Enz days. Crowded House had some very good albums none better than Woodface which was a collaboration with his brother and Split Enz co-frontman Tim Finn.
If you want to find out how great Neil Finn and Tim Finn can be together I strongly recommend their 2004 album "Everyone Is Here". One of the best albums to ever come out of Australasia.

"Produced by George Martin" DVD doco featuring Paul & Ringo. Very interesting.
Shows that George M was such an integral part of The Beatles success. His wealth of musical knowledge helped them greatly to bring their ideas to fruition.

And a shout out to Norman Smith, who major contribution always seems to be ignored in Beatles history.

Oh yes Norman Smith their early engineer up to & including Rubber Soul. AKA Hurricane Smith who actually had a few hits in the 70's most notably Oh Babe What Would You Say? US#1,UK#4 also Don't Let It Die UK#2 and Who Was It ? UK#23. He also produced early Pink Floyd albums.

lisalou7:I did like the Radio Sky title idea from awhile back...

I think Radio Sky would be a great title. I thought it was reported on some McCartney fan sites last year????

Radio Sky sounds pretty bland to me. You need a title that attracts attention like Kisses On The Bottom which I thought was a good choice. Pop Up also doesn't sound very interesting. Paul I guess will come up with a lyric or song title that he likes or maybe some phrase that attracts his attention (eg:-Memory Almost Full) and thinks is appropriate to the content of the album.
