kelly campbell:exactly....I hope he does not get word of all the complaining and decide to change ANYTHING...ya know there are a lot of songs I would like..but I am thrilled that there are 8 or nine new songs that I have never heard live. Some people are complaining that there are too much Beatles and he did not do anything other than My Valentine from the past 30 years well, yes I could get into more of his solo stuff and I could get into Some other wings stuff...but damn enough already. I like hearing anything he does.

Same here! I would love to hear the same set list he did on Saturday in July!

Yes, but wouldn't a real fan who enjoys Paul just be thankful for the songs he's playing?

Lets face it guys, Paul doesn't have many touring years left. This could be the last major tour. He's obviously not going to do a full solo show, or full Fireman show, and as much as we would love to see that, it ain't gonna happen. Ever.

So why don't the real fans sit back, suck it up, have some snacks, and enjoy this tour.

You know that a discussion has reached a low point when someone starts talking about "real" fans.

Everyone here is a real fan. At least ... I don't think I'm imaginary.

Michelley:Just saw a fun video of Paul trying to sing My Valentine with hundreds of grasshoppers flying all around him. He loses it right in the middle of the song and starts laughing so hard he can't sing. Hee!!!!

Darn, I'll have to search for another one from that night, this video is set to private now.

paulfan11:I've only been able to see Paul twice in concert, (soon to be three in July!) but out of those two, Detroit in 2011 will always be most special to me.

I took my mom to this concert and that was the first time she had been able to see Paul live since she saw The Beatles in Detroit in 1964. Just being there with her to experience this concert was amazing. The look on her face when Paul walked out on stage, and the way her eyes got a bit teary when he started to sing "All My Loving" is something I will never forget. We both had a wonderful time and she still talks about this concert.

Great story !!

Yeah it was a wonderful night! thanks!

Beautiful story. Wipes tear.

It's one of the things that makes Paul's concerts so special. 2, 3, sometimes 4 generations together enjoying Paul's music and having the time of their lives!

walliebaby:Looks like I might be headed to the DC show as well. I don't know why I enjoy living in debt, but I seem to let Paul put me in it whenever he tours. :

Congrats!

I really splurged on this concert, but I thankfully had been saving for a while! He's coming to my city, but I decided to go elsewhere since I can't take music festivals!
