Kathryn O:Anyone notice the two different endings to the Waterfalls video on the rerelease of McCartney II?

there is the original version where he turns out the light at the end and shuts the window. Then there is this talk show special on the DVD and at the end of that one he also turns out the lights and shuts the window, but we hear a comical crash and fall afterwards.

I like when Paul's humor surprises me.

How dare you post that on the "YOUTUBE VIDEOS" thread without a link!

Kathryn O:Found it on my first try! I could tell I got lucky when I heard the sheep Bah and the dog bark at the end!

Just can't figure out what that one echoing sumliminal word is he says at the very end....

I think the final word is either just "NO" or it's the beginning of a longer word.

That's a bad cardigan he's wearing here isn't it, with that shirt... :

Here's another one from Fry & Laurie that's topical this week

Taxman
(I wondered whether LP had finally left some lyrics there but I don't think "Adieu" features in any Beatles song, does it?

...and crawled off...

When I listen to Taxman, it always slightly bothers me where he sings:

"Don't ask me what I want it for...
If you don't want to pay some more"

Surely it should be:

"Don't ask me what I want it for...
Unless you want to pay some more"
(or indeed Unless you'd like to pay some more")

Sounds better anyway.
You'd think John or Paul or George Martin could have pointed that out to young George!

Pretty funny, and sums up a lot of the way the music industry has gone

Has anyone seen "Once"? It's a brilliant Irish film made on a tiny budget, with beautiful songs from Glen Hansard (of The Frames) who acts in it. Beautiful film and soundtrack. Brings a tear to my eye every time:
