PAUL AND NANCY ARE MARRIED!
-
I appreciate the updates, as I'm in the US and don't have access to Sky or the BBC! This is so exciting! D

I think it`s fair to say there are more important things happening in the world! Don`t worry, they are both covering it.
More important = more boring lol
Yeah, that oil slick is so boring...OK, I know what you mean.
-
Sky News now! They are not there yet, apparently.

cheers! 192 chairs!
-
BBC news now edit: never thought about that: saying that they'll marry at the Marylebone register office could just be a ruse...
-
So Paul left a while ago, clearly gone elsewhere to start with. Nothing happening at the registry office yet - besides a huge crowd BBC determined to bring us the latest as soon as... Martin

yeah, like Sebastian Vettel winning the Formula 1 world championship this morning.
-
They're back at his house now... Giving the journos quite a run around! haha
-
Mysteries They left together, not dressed seemingly for a wedding, Paul wearing a fleecey top. They apparently visited Lords Cricket Ground and have returned home. Lords Cricket Ground is a registered venue of Westminster Registry Office. But no one is believing the deed has been done elsewhere ...... yet... Watchers are still expecting the formal do at Marylebone Town Hall later today... Martin
-
Hey, if you can't have fun with journalists on your wedding day, when can you? lol lol

Ya know what, they might have done it there. I mean, if they're both cool with that and what to avoid any press attention then why not? Like i said the rumors and stories could have been a ruse to throw off the media... BUT i could very well be proved wrong in the next few hours! Like Martin said: Mysteries!

If Paul and Nancy had wanted to throw off the media, they wouldn't be having delivery trucks outside Paul's St. John's Woods home all yesterday delivering their wedding reception items. wink

Yeah, but it`s possibly the ceremony might not happen at Marylebone. I expect it will, though.

Well that's his hourse, it's not like he's got to contend with a scrum of media and fans once he gets though the gates. But with the Marylebone register office there's the medis and fans and no doubt cameras at the windows during the ceremony... To me it would make more sense for them to have married earlier while at Lords cricket thingy. Also...why else go there?!
-
Why would you go to Lords Cricket ground on your wedding day unless it was to get married!!! Oh Nance do you fancy a quick watch of a game of cricket!! No they have married already! What a ruse and everyone still at Marylebone..
-
He and Nancy posted banns at Marlybone, and they met with the person to marry them there. Seems like a bit to go through just to throw off the media. As for why they went to the cricket grounds, why not? They're allowed to travel to where they want to, right? wink
-
Wow, I really mangled the spelling of "Marylebone" in my previous post--sorry about that! oops

Bit of a random place to go hours before your 'wedding'. I'm leaning more towards the idea that they've gone and got hitched already at Lords.

I've been doing that all morning

The banns would have to be posted at Marylebone Town Hall for a ceremony at any of the 130 approved venues in the Westminster district- including Lords Cricket Ground. Martin
