or just one lonely dot??

Hi Sam, Sam, Giri, Kat, Starr and everyone, I could happily listen to a radio station that played nothing but the Beatles all day long. Why aren't there any? One of the best things about iTunes is that I have it filled with Beatle songs and it's actually better than the radio---no commercials or dj's! Actually, I rarely listen to the radio at all anymore. Next, I should buy an iPod so I can take my music library with me. When I think back to my teenage years and all we had were transistor radios with poor reception...how lucky we are today! Hugs, Jennifer

Hi Jen good to see you again!!
Hi Mike yay that is great!!
-
After some emails with Sam, I decided to read this thread and after reading 202 pages, I am going to join in. I learned a lot from reading all of your posts. I hope this finds you well, Sam. As I told you, I bought your book on the bus to Sheffield and really enjoyed it, but I learned things here, too. So I will keep reading this thread and try to contribute something as I have been a Beatles and Paul fan for 40 years now! I have managed to turn my niece and two of my nephews into fans--at least they ask me for Beatles CDs for Christmas. The other one is a little young yet to really understand what the Beatles and Paul mean to me. I saw where you mentioned the Landmine thing with Heather, Sam. Did you have anything to do with the Gala in LA? In 2002, is when I got to talk to Paul.
-
Hi Maccasgruff welcome to the thread!!

Anyway tell me about your meeting with Paul.

Hello Jen, Variety is the spice of life even among many of us who enjoy Beatles music...I do remember a radio station constantly playing Prince's 1999 in December of 1999....that is ALL they played.... Gosh, we sure have come a long way from those transistor radios. Take care and stay warm! Hugs, Sam C.
