I saw Morrissey in Manchester, 2 days ago and he was fantastic! Very entertaining and his voice still sounds great. Definitely hoping to see him again. Here's some links to a few favourite songs---- This Charming Man -
Still Ill - There Is A Light That Never Goes Out - Please, Please, Please, Let Me Get What I Want - and here's some solo tracks-- Everyday Is Like Sunday - The More You Ignore Me The Closer I Get - You're The One For Me, Fatty - First Of The Gang To Die - -
Not a big fan, but I like "There Is a Light That Never Goes Out". Noel Gallagher made a fantastic cover of it:
-
I know Noel is a big fan.
-
Talented guy - loved his early albums, I've not heard anything of his later stuff so point me in the the right direction Jordan.
-
I'm so glad to hear you say he did a great show, because he's playing up my way at a small venue this fall, and I was wondering if it would be worth the trip, as I've never seen him live and was wondering about his voice. Thanks!

Hey Macs. You Have Killed Me (2006) -
I'm Throwing My Arms Around Paris (2009, and a catchy song!) - The 2004 'You are the Quarry' come back album had great stuff too, I linked First of the gang to die but others like Let me kiss you, Irish Heart English Blood are good. -

Rest assured his voice is great. It has matured like a fine wine. Does a mixture of songs from all over his career, some aren't even released as he has no record deal.
-
He played Coachella in the past few years, how does he have no record deal?? I seriously am going to buy tickets first thing tomorrow, and I really do owe you won. Here I was going to pass on the show!
-
He did glastonbury as well as selling out in New York almost instantly. Let's hope he gets a good deal soon. Here's 'You have killed me' live in HD -
I love that version. -

Me too! He does great chat with the crowd, not the same old routine like Paul. This was the setlist from Manchester. You Have Killed Me / Everyday Is Like Sunday / You're The One For Me, Fatty / How Soon Is Now? / I'm Throwing My Arms Around Paris / Ouija Board, Ouija Board / Maladjusted / Last Night I Dreamt That Somebody Loved Me / When Last I Spoke To Carol / People Are The Same Everywhere / I Know It's Over / To Give (The Reason I Live) / Black Cloud / Scandinavia / Meat Is Murder / Let Me Kiss You / Action Is My Middle Name / I Will See You In Far Off Places / Speedway / Please, Please, Please Let Me Get What I Want // Still Ill Have fun.
-
Some great songs on the list! I'm REALLY hoping for "Asleep", though...it's the key song in a book I teach, and the teenagers I work with really eat it up! I'd love to get a video of him singing it, as I took videos of Paul and Stevie Nicks singing the other two songs in the book, "Blackbird" and "Landslide". The kids eat that stuff up.

Wait, so he isn't going to talk about George being a good ukulele player? Damn, well that ruins the whole thing for me...
-
Asleep is a great track, don't think he's ever done that one though! Haha, you never know what he's gonna say.
-
I was thinking of creating a sign begging him to sing "Asleep", but I'm not sure he's big on signs...he's been known to be a bit moody, right? I'm afraid he'll throw the mic stand at me.
-
Free mic stand! I didn't see anyone with a sign! Here's Reel Around The Fountain (
) a really beautiful song. I'd like to see that one day! -
