PM NYC Times Square Virgin Megastore Signing 11-13-2006
-
Hello everyone, I used to post on this board many MANY years ago. I even forgot my original user name! I have a request. Did anyone here go to the Ecce Cor Meum CD and US Tour DVD signing that Paul did on November 13, 2006. It's hard to believe that it was 6 and a half years ago already. Virgin Mega Store is long gone and is now Forever 21. I was only 18 but it will be a day that I never forget. I went with my father who graciously brought me to New York City after about 2 hours of initially hearing about the singing. (It's about a 5 hour drive from where we live) Since then I have completed college and have just begun my first career job in graphic design. But? I have always wondered if a picture of me with Paul from that day will ever surface. He did spend a minute with each person. (shaking hands, cracking jokes, sharing stories, etc.) They didn't allow photos at a certain point in line (smart phones didn't even exist yet!!) But I know everyone was snapping away with their digital cameras. It would be so great to see more videos and photos from that day. PS. Can't wait to see Paul again this year at Fenway Park!

I hope you get your photo--such a special moment that needs to be etched in history. See you at Fenway Park! Can't wait for Paul to do his thing in the home of the Sox again.

Thanks so much! I'm not sure if you knew (or anyone on here for that matter!) but Paul's son James is playing next friday at a very intimate venue in Dartmouth, Massachusetts. It seriously looks like a farm. Beautiful area. It's about an hour from Boston and 5 minutes from my house I'm excited to see James perform for the first time!!
