Soundcheck

I'm curious, and it doesn't say... Are we allowed to bring in signs we want to hold up during the actual concert to the soundcheck so long as we keep them put up? I planned to bring one for tomorrow's show (actually made from fabric so I can fold it into bag) but wasn't sure.

Hmmm,Pictures only the first 15 minutes ? I think that's new. No memorabilia allowed. I always carry with me to all Paul concerts, (& soundcheck) my original sheet music of Michelle...just in case I have a chance to get it autographed Dang
No, the 15 minute thing was in place when I went in 2010. Shelly Lazar told us to ignore that rule and snap away, just no video taping.

Thanks. I didn't see that one the list but I wanted to be sure.

You can bring signs! You can take pictures the whole time, just absolutely no video recordings! Security was checking from front and back.

I am sure this is addressed somewhere on this forum, but I can't seem to find it. Can anyone who has done the VIP soundcheck tell me when they received their email with instructions? I am doing VIP in Tulsa (a week away) and have gotten nothing. I have my tickets, so I guess that's the most important thing! I just wasn't sure how long in advance they sent out the instructions for Soundcheck. Also, what was the merchandise you got? Thanks!

They usually send the emails out about 7 days beforehand, so Tulsa should be showing up any day now. Watch your spam filter, too, because sometimes they might show up there. They come from SLOTix and say "DO NOT DELETE!" in the subject line. Merch is a very nice backpack and a large, soft canvas tote bag, both with the "Out There" logo on them.

May I see a picture of those items, please? Thanks.

My email for the May 29 concert in Tulsa came last night. I'm such a terrible daughter! I'm about to get in the car to drive to Dallas to take my 88 year old mom to the doctor tomorrow. I find myself worrying that I'll have to stay down there and miss the concert.

A friend of mine has one ticket for Verona's gig Is there anybody interested? Ticket is Platinum Hot Sound Vippackage ( 2nd or 3rd row) and the cost is 700 ? ( insurance included) The name on this ticket could be changed until 10 days before the gig, so COME ON ! Please, if you're interested, send me a Private message! Thanks

Sorry, was not ignoring your question. I don't have a way of uploading a photo, but if you have seen the pix of the On The Run tote bag and backpack, these are exactly the same items, just with the Out There logo. Hope that helps.

The VIP package means, once entered into the stadium, you will get refreshments and a dedicated waiting area inside the stadium between soundcheck and the show itself
Martin, not always! They did not give us any refreshments at all before the Vancouver soundcheck. We were just lined up in a hallway for over an hour until they led us onto the stadium floor.
That sucks...last time he was in Toronto I got the VIP ticket. They took us to a bar area within the ACC and we were able to get drinks and munchies.
