Pre-Show Hospitality Reception & Soundcheck?

^Probably best to check with the venue or pm.com.

Do they allow you to bring your own snacks into the reception? I have food allergies and don't trust anything I've not made myself. It would be horrible to get sick and miss Paul after paying a small fortune for the experience!
I would imagine they have choices for gluten free people, as well.
Thanks for the reply! I'm GF, but also cannot digest most proteins - dairy, eggs, beans, and spices like black pepper and garlic plus brewer's yeast (no wine!) Travel is a nightmare.

All I know for sure is that the choices are vegetarian. I doubt if it's gluten free though. I agree with calling the venue to see if you can bring your own snacks in. Also, eat at 3 pm right before you go into the venue.

Every reception has different veggie food, it depends on the venue and what options the catering offer to SloTix. but I don't recall ever seeing anything labeled gluten-free. Reception aside, most venues don't allow you to bring your own food or drink in anyway, because they want you to buy their concessions. so another vote for calling your arena and asking about bringing in your own food for medical reasons.

The pre-show hospitality in Chile was much better than in Uruguay: better food and accommodation inside the stadium, as opposed to just a tent outside. The staff was fine both times, especially the lady in charge (Anie), and Sheley cheered us up during the soundcheck.

Calling the venue is a good idea. I will put that on my to-do list. I wonder though if they will know anything about the soundcheck reception. Maybe a silly question, but does the venue take care of all things related to the concert including the catering for any receptions? Or is this arranged by tour staff?

SloTix is the company that handles the VIP packages for Paul. They work with each venue's catering people on menus and locations for the receptions. So that is why some receptions have better food than others do.

The food has always been FANTASTIC (but i am a veggie soo)! The soundcheck is awesome, its like mini concert prior to the concert. Shelley is stunning, i have had sound checks where she is not there and it is not the same. the hosts are nice, but no Shelley! I would encourage anyone to try it out at least once. u only live one time, so treat urself. cheers,
