PaulMcCartney.com: A VIP Invitation

First of a nice surprice that you have worked hard to update the site not forgetting the vips. But strange that the Upcoming tour list is much shorter on the vip site while the standard site is updated. Why? Next you ask us to use the toolbar at the bottom, however this don't function at all. There's a error message when trying to mail: An AJAX HTTP error accured.HTTP result code:200. Debugging information follows. pat /system /Ajax Status Text: Ok Ressult Text: And that's it. How you can fix this and then at least have the vip site at same quality as the standard. all the best from Denmark hoping that we soon with have a new show, remember 2 shows being cancelled 2 years ago!

Looks a lot like it was before. Tried to watch a video (Paul at NME awards) and it wouldn't work. Played a couple of old songs and the song doesn't play all the way thru. Didn't look for the jukebox (like the other site had). Is it still there?
I couldn't get vids to play either.

It looks pretty good although It doesn't look much different than the already existing site. Was hoping that there would be some really good features added apart from what we already had. Although this is not a website problem, I was hoping that they just post songs like Itunes for sale of unreleased, demos and archivce collection remasters. At this point, the 1st generation fans are getting older and at the pace of the current releases of the archive collection, I may sadly never see some of the albums with sonic improvements and bonus material let alone a career spanning boxed set. And as a huge fan of music is quite disappointing.

Also, tried to leave feedback using the feedback button twice and got an error

Another source of frustration is the news section. Other than tour and TV appearance articles, there are no news blurbs on things that the fans are interested in....new projects, archive release dates and or updates. All we get is soon or nothing at all. And while I really like Stuart Bell's updates, by the time they post them, everything they are talking about is old news and have been reported on by every fan page and blog on the net months before. It's a sad statement when you consider that this is the artist's official site. All of that news should be heard from here. Other artist pages do a much better job keeping their fans up to date on things to come. I think that MPL needs to hire a real fan to help out with these issues and assist them in delivering the kind of website that the fans deserve. I was also a pioneer member and was saddened when they dropped the VIP section but we all hoped that it would come back much better and are likely to be disappointed with the outcome here. Please help give the proper website that Sir Paul deserves but his fans as well!!!

I live in New Jersey and would be willing to come up to NYC to MPL and make suggestions, my job permitting of course.

And I'm sure there are quite a few other fans who'd be willing to give their opinions

Hi!!!! I'm very happy for this...I can see one part of my old membership as pioneer. Thanks a lot for this wonderful news!!!
-
Will I still retain my Premium Membership number of 666?! Podgie (still a bit stigmatized with that number) Monkey

The calendar feature is a good one. Looking forward to additional upgrades over existing site.

I was a VIP member, and received no such email inviting me to the new site, nor do I see a place to actually log-in. Can't seem to find what you guys are talking about. There's a "sign-up" box, but that is for the newsletter. What am I missing? ops:

But there isn't a place to use it, that's what i'm saying.

Use it? It's just the site to look at.

Why would they give us the username and password if we don't need it? I feel like mine is somehow different. I have no idea what the log-in info is for, because I don't see where to input it. I know I repeat myself, but I never needed to log in to see the VIP site. I doubt it recognized my computer.
