You're welcome! I heard her at the Proms a few summers back and she's been my fav ever since
I don't know anyone who loves classical, so I just stumble on to people like her, or in iTunes, who just blow me away.... That second video, wasn't it like she and the violin were one....
I absolutely Love Classical music! I have had a link to this one for over 7 years. It is one of my favorites! Look at the mesmerized expression on the little boy's face.
Andre Rieu - Poliushko Polie
Wow that Balalaika is gigantic!!
I really enjoyed that... was listening to a concert in Brasil of his... watched him play a Sinatra song in another vid, which brought tears to the audience... Adding him to the list! Thanks for posting

Was listening to some Paul classical today that I wasn't aware of. Have always loved Christian Pop and wasn't aware of the movements in the Liverpool Oratorio that were orchestrated!!
Also another movement had the orchestra play the Christian Pop again... I was amazed I'd not heard this... it's at 23:15-25:00 Just so beautifully orchestrated and with the Piccolo Trumpet! How wonderful to listen to... just the best!! A lot of transposing... Liverpool Oratorio Suite: III. Crypt -Dance And finally, Celebration sung by Jose Carreras with words, choir and orchestration... I have such a sweet spot for tenors... it was sweeping and absolutely heavenly.Firstly, a soooo beautiful flute movement, Liverpool Oratorio Suite: VI. Crypt so very sweet to my ears
Delightful !!
