I went to a pet store today. A nice one, not a "shady one." To get Rocketman a new collar and leash. There were cats up for adoption and many had adoptions pending. Happy news. There were two beautiful cats in a big cage that had to be siblings. They reached out for my hands and legs and I pet them. If I had the money and a big home or a farm I would have taken them home. ️

Cats don't like drumming

Spike (who never meows) was meowing real loud and scratching at the window beside the front door real early this morning and woke my mom up. She said she couldn't see anything out there. Maybe it was a raccoon (Rocky!) or a possum.

My kids live their new toys. 2 of 4 have been dunked in water.

Haven't been feeling well with a very nasty cold & 2 of our cats came to bed with me every single night for the past 2 weeks. One went under the covers & snuggled up next to me & the other slept next to me on my pillow.

Cats always know when their owners aren't feeling good.

Our cats have built in radar when it comes to treats. Even if I change up the times, they know exactly when I'm giving the dogs treats & come for theirs too.

Happy to be home with my cats

As much as our Aussie sometimes is overly playful with our Bengal, she loves him to pieces & is often curled up next to him taking a nap!
