what do you think of Dogs
-
Great news, Fool! I'm glad, too, that he is doing well. I just filled out a survey for Vetstreet. It wanted to know where I thought Dogs should be allowed to go. I said to the workplace and in schools to name a few. I also said I thought they should be allowed to go to the Capitol in Washington because they have more sense than the majority of the Congressmen/women.

I fixed the link check it again. It's just a dog saying not to buy from breeders... that you should adopt...but it's cute.

It still says: Sorry, something went wrong. We're working on it and we'll get it fixed as soon as we can.

I guess the problem is that I was trying to show a vid that is on a public FB page but it's not on youtube. No big deal but that is strange. When I posted it I verified that it worked but now it doesn't.

Oh, right.

(I started to post this on What's That You're Doing, but decided to post it here instead. I know my fellow dog lovers will understand my gratitude.) We have angels here. I met one Saturday afternoon, July 25. I?d stopped at the gas station and absentmindedly placed the keys in my purse, leaving it in the passenger front seat. While I was pumping gas, the gentleman on the other side of the pump commented about the great price, $2.31 per gallon. I agreed enthusiastically, then looked over to see how Coco, our miniature schnauzer, was doing in the passenger front seat. I couldn?t see her, but noticed the back door was locked! ?Oh no! I?ve locked my keys in my car. My dog is in there,? I blurted out over something the kind stranger was saying. He immediately stepped over to my car and tried the driver?s door. Locked. Then he said, ?Hey, the back passenger door is unlocked.? ?How can that be? That?s impossible!? But, it wasn?t. I looked again. The lock was straight up. The other three locks were still down. He reached over, opened the back door, pulled the lock up in the front driver?s side, and we were rescued! It is impossible to express the magnitude of my appreciation. I had visions of breaking the window rescuing Coco and all that would entail. The back door that had been locked, then miraculously unlocked, had not been ajar. When we got home, I locked it three or four times, testing the lock system. Each time all four doors locked. All things considered, I think we came out all right. I was thanking God, of course, convinced of my angel sighting, and grateful I didn?t have to scare Coco and run the risk of getting glass in her eye (I know she would have been watching) if we?d had to break a window. If the angel who helped us is reading this, know that we are so, so, so grateful. You are an exceptional human being!

^ There was a dog in a shelter that has an F tattoed or "frozen" on it's shoulder. What are these people doing out there? There just have to be stricter laws regarding what you can do to your animals.

That is horrible!
-
Scum! How dare they do this to dogs.

I found a new way to give a dog a pill. Potato salad! LOL. I sandwiched the pill (allergy) in between 2 pieces of potato & he licked it right up! What do you do?
