May I ask you where does this info come from? I actually seriously doubt that - I mean the entry at 5 pm sounds right, eventhough I think that it is the intention, but with the public soundcheck I think even that will be pushed back. It actually says 7:30 pm on my ticket, so I seriously doubt that Paul will be on stage at 7. My guess is, that the plan is that they open the gates at 5, DJ set starts at 7, the pre-show music starts at 8 and Paul starts at the usual 8:30. Unless I am wrong of course Edit: I see now, that those times are listed at the Waldbuhne webb page. Anyway, I think it will be pretty much the way I wrote, that the 7 pm start means thet DJ will start to play at 7. I mean, since they write 7.30 pm on the tickets, the venue will be half empty at 7 and half of the people would demand a refund if the show started half an hour earlier than what it says on the ticket.

SandraH, you are from Berlin, so you will most likely be able to answer my question about the public transport Reading the WB webb page I realized there is a major S-Bahn restriction on the S5 line that goes to WB between May and September. I tried to find out more and if I am not mistaken, it seems that the night of the Paul's gig should be without any restriction. Is that correct? It says, that the S-Bahn will run normally between 10th June and 10th July because of the Euro football championship, which confuses me, since I think it takes place in France and I can't see why it should have a major impact on the Berlin public transport . Maybe there will be a big TV screen inside the Olympia stadion? I go there 5 days later to see Springsteen, I hope we won't share the place with football fans

Is it possible to get close enough to stand outside the venue and listen to the soundcheck?

as the venue is not very big I think this is possible, if you arrive in time and if you are in the front of the queues
-
I hold my hot ticket exp. in my sweaty hands - not really - really dry - and I read: Please ensure you are in the early entry queue by 4.45 pm It will be great! Have fun and love...

The curfew at the Waldb?hne is 10.30pm - so Paul has to come on stage at 7.40pm at the latest, as his show is 2.50 hours long. So it would have worked with the 7.30pm start time. Unless there are new curfew times, and he has to finish until 10pm. Then he has to start at 7.10pm.

I got an e-mail from songkick that they would re-send me a new e-ticket. Did you guys, who bought the CrowdSurge tickets, get it too? Did you already get the new tickets? What is the reason? Edit...now I realized I posted this into the Berlin thread, while it belongs to the Prague thread...sorry for the confusion!

I got this message, but I didn't get new ticket. Did you get new ticket?
-
No, not yet. I got the e-mail yesterday and it says that if I don't get the ticket within 24 hours (which is exactly now), I should contact tem. I think I'll wait till tomorrow, there is still plenty of time.
-
I did NOT get the e-mail. Shoud I? Should everyone who bought via songkick in the pre-sale get this email? I hope there is no wrong bar code on my tickets.
-
I got the ticket now, it looks exactly the same as the original one (incl. the bar codes), except that the first one was in the mail itself, now it is a PDF attached to the mail. Probably so that it would be easier to print. So far, so good. BUT... in the new one the Czech letters are not there, there are different ASCII signs instead of them, making the Czech text impossible to read - it is the address of the venue, but also the name of the sector - in my case The Front Of The Stage, which is there only in Czech, but the text makes no sence. It is obviously only a problem with the font in the PDF, but to understand that it is not a general standing ticket, but a front of the stage ticket, one really has to use his imagination. Nothing is simple with CrowdSurge / Songkick. It probably won't cause any problems, but it just as well might... Edit...now I realized I posted this into the Berlin thread, while it belongs to the Prague thread...sorry for the confusion!

Mine letters are incomprehensible too...

I posted this into the Berlin thread by mistake, while it is about the Prague tickets...sorry for the confusion! If you go to Berlin, you are fine, there are no Berlin e-tickets from Songkick, just paper tickets
