Is it likely there will be better seats released Monday than what are still available on the presale? Or are all the better sections really sold out? Also, I'm seeing LOTS of tickets already on stubhub so it makes me wonder just how many tickets will even be released tomorrow morning. Doesn't seem like there will be all that many left. I still haven't purchased because they are so expensive. And I'm not sure I want to pay $300 unless they are great seats in the front floor sections or close concourse seats.
I think most of the front floor sections and even some of the close concourse seats for Paul are part of the VIP packages. I can't remember what show I was looking at, but checking for Gold seats, one in the 4th or 5th row of a lower level near the stage popped up. So you are looking at more than $300 for many of those anyway. I would pop around with all the VIP choices and select price levels and see what sections show up, that may help give you an idea. It is hard to know how many seats get allotted for presale, and how many are held back for regular sales. Every one is different. I have done presales for other bands where all the seats were terrible, and some where I have gotten terrific seats.

Has anyone got any kind of fan meet up in the works for Duluth??

FLOOR 3 ROW G.... regular price! Awesome!
-
Feeling a little conflicted this morning. I did manage to snag one ticket - an $89 - came to 106.35 with fees. But my son really wanted to go, so I will have to keep looking for 2 for my wife and son. I was actually both online and called directly to the ticket office. Got through to the ticket office first. I was on a rep in the ticket office at 10:01 and they had nothing but singles left at 10:02 in both the $59 and $89 sections. That was always going to be the issue at infinite - it's a small arena and looking at the seating chart very few Tickets for less than 175. But I just couldn't swing $400 for a couple of tickets right now.

Would love a pre-show meet up! Anyone know the area?

Was told by the venue that the seats in that section are numbered right to left as you face the audience. Hope that's correct and you have a higher numbered seat like 10-16.

I do, but will be at soundcheck. Was possibly meeting someone for lunch about 1 pm, but no firm plans yet. Gwinnett Place Mall is nearby and there are tons of restaurants nearby. Google Map the area.

Glad you will at least be in the house. What section and row?

208, row D. Actually, that should be pretty close to the stage - just on th side. Funny enough, this will be my 14th Macca concert and I think it is the first time i've ever been on the Hamish/Brian side of the stage. Going to keep looking and see if I can eventually get 2 more for my wife and son as the concert gets closer. Unfortunately if you wanted multiple tickets it was basically impossible unless you wanted to pay for the good seats. My son has sensory issues so tickets close to the stage would be not what he would want.

My vote goes to Frontera Mexican Restaurant at 6555 Sugarloaf Pkwy, near Kroger's. Great food, plus I have coupons for buy one combo, get one free, etc.! I usually go to the one on Lawrenceville-Suwanee Rd. but it is a chain, so this one should be the same. It is less than a mile from the arena. I Googled "restaurants near Infinite Energy Center Duluth, GA"
-
Ha! I just checked and Frontera is only 0.4 miles from the arena. There is also an Italian restaurant right there by Kroger if you guys don't want Mexican.

Frontera is good. I tend to eat light before concerts so that would work for me.

I emailed another friend but haven't heard back yet, but let's just plan to get there around 1 pm. You and I will of course be talking off and on between now and July 13th! (We just today spent over 2 hours at Culver's eating and talking! Betcha can't guess what/who about!)

I'm good with that and hope others will join us there and then head over to the venue for Limo Watch or Sound Check. Exciting times ahead folks! Nancy and I celebrated getting great tickets and that Paul is coming literally right down the road! I've flown to Miami & SF for that guy so this is a real treat!

I'd love to join! Save a seat for me! So.... do I just ask for the "Macca Clan" when I get there?

I'll tell the hostess "Nancy R" and try to get a large table. It's on a Thursday afternoon, so hopefully won't be super crowded.
