? get an error message on th phone. The transact?on ?s not completed. Also on the PC the webs?te asks for the name of the person who w?ll collect the t?cket at the stad?um. The cell phone vers?on d?d not ask that. How about you?

I have tried using safari, chrome and firefox and I can't buy tickets at all. I input the PAUL1ON1BRAZIL code and then i keep getting the following message in red letters: N?o h? tipos de entrega dispon?veis no momento. Can anyone help please?! I am british and so my personal details when they ask you to create an account, are obviously british address etc.

It shouldn't be an issue that you are a in Britain. We are checking with the promoter now about whether there are tickets left.

No and a lot of others are getti?ng that message.

Apparently my g?rlfr?end was able to buy a t?cket and got a message sayi?ng they could not send the t?cket by email. D?d you get that message?

My girlfriend bought a ticket and got a confirmation screen with an order number, but also an error message saying they could not send the electronic ticket to her.

Thanks. FYI I have tried clearing my cache, cookies etc, browsing in 'Incognito' mode in Chrome, private mode in Safari (as some suggested it on this site in the comments under the news article for the Brazil dates) but still nothing. I tried on my mobile and a message comes up that is partly hidden by another menu. It mentions something about international delivery being a problem. Really frustrating all round to be honest...

We understand there is the option to have email tickets - is that not an option being given to you?
