Is it too early to start discussing 2020 plans?

What about the rumors regarding a show in Tel Aviv?
-
The rumor is that the concert is scheduled for June 17 and the annoucement could be made tomorrow.
-
I hope what I've been told about U.K. shows is wrong. Has anyone hear anything different?

Yes! If the concert is confirmed for June 17 and it goes past midnight, will it be the first time Paul does a concert on his birthday?

Don't know if he's ever done a concert on his birthday, but somehow I doubt it. Also, it won't go past midnight.

During a press conference earlier today in Naples, the promoter claimed the upcoming concerts will be Paul's farewell to Italy:

No, because the last time Paul done a concert the day before his birthday was at Olympiastadion, Helsinki, Finland in 2004

Thanks for the info
I am somehow going to try and make some of these...Barcelona is on my bucket list...
For those who love to travel, it has that cool Gaudi Architecture, a church they've been building since the 1880s and the Miro Museum is there as well.

He was asking if Paul has ever done a concert ON his birthday (June 18th) or if a concert on June 17th ever went past midnight, therefore into his birthday. Answer I believe to both is No.

If Glasto is Paul's farewell to the U.K. then it's hardly fair - it's not a proper Macca concert for a start. Tickets sold out months ago before artists were announced.

I doubt Paul is planning a farewell to Italy. I believe the Italian promoter said that as a marketing strategy to improve ticket sales, as he also mentioned that 9,000 tickets (out of 22,000+) for the concert in Napoli have been sold so far. Not a surprise, as prices are quite high and the extra fees make them even higher.
At the same time, it's a reasonable prediction: it's been 7 years since his last Italian concert and he'll be 78 years old by the time the upcoming European tour is over, so these may end up being his final concerts in a few those places.

The Farewell Tour? It is a possibility, the rumors are constant.
-
Ever since I first saw Paul in 2009 I have consistantly read that it's his potential farewell tour and his newest album is him saying goodbye. He's said that he plans on to keep on going until he drops. But I do always say that you should never wait for the next time he comes round though

When I was 12 I wanted to attend a concert of his 1993 tour and one of my arguments was that it might be the last chance to see him play live. It was sort of convincing and my parents allowed me to go there on my own. So, I've been thinking that basically every time there's a concert anywhere near me.
But yeah, it really could be the last time -- he may give up touring in the near future.

Never got to see Elvis (he passed a month before we were going to see him), Sinatra, John or George...The list goes on of artists I wish I could have seen at least once. So when people shake their heads in disbelief when they hear I have seen Paul more than 50 times and all the money I have spent on him I just smile back and thank heaven that he is still going strong and that I have the health and finances to be able to travel and enjoy his concerts!
Happy Thanksgiving to all!

Any other rumor about Israel?
