The article adds nothing new to what has been said so far. We have to wait for the amendment or the repeal of the DL Rilancio and, as I have always argued, there is a good chance that this will happen especially after the minister's declaration. So let's wait confident.

We hope that if ( fingers crossed)there is an amendment, this will have retroactive effect so everyone will get a refund, even those who have requested and obtained the voucher.

Today's news
" Il fatto quotidiano", an italian newspaper, today writes that there is the government's ok to refund tickets in cash instead of vouchers and Parliament will now have to consider the amendments tabled on the matter.
"It seems that Paul McCartney's appeal really moved the waters within the government on the issue of vouchers and refunds, in case of canceled concerts. Following the cancellation of the concerts in Lucca and Naples due to the pandemic, the artist invited, even harshly, our country to refund fans in cash and not through the voucher system. The protests of buyers in fact, day after day, have become increasingly pressing, so much so that Codacons and associations in defense of consumers have also mobilized. The government, as reported by the AgCult agency and the president of Fimi (Italian Industrial Federation of Music) Enzo Mazza, has given a favorable opinion on the reimbursement in cash, should the concert be canceled. An important indication that gives a useful direction to the useful debate in Parliament on ad hoc amendments."

I heard from my bank today about the credit card dispute I started. They asked for some additional details then issued a temporary credit to my account. They will contact the merchant and if they don't get a response in 7 days, the credit will be applied. Who knows what will happen, but at least they've acknowledged the issue.

Any positive news?

Not yet, but we're optimistic. We have to wait until July 18, deadline by which the Decree must be converted into law and hope that the amendment of on. Fassina, which provides for a refund, is approved

Those who bought tickets on Ticketone did not get a refund, but only the vouchers (if they requested them), but there is a good chance of obtaining a refund, especially after the statement of June 10 by Minister Franceschini

What credit card do you have?
I'm still waiting for the answer from mine.

Dear All,
would the court's sentence (hopefully positive) apply also to those who accepted the vouchers? I did so, but only because I did not intend to be left without anything... I was even advised to do so by a consumer's ombudsman.

I just received an e-mail from ticketone.it regarding refunds and vouchers for the Lucca show. Apparently, and this applies just to VIP packages, the cost of the actual ticket is still only being offered as a voucher. The cost of the "VIP related expenses" will be refunded to the original method of payment. So, for my 530 Euro package, they sent me a useless voucher for 93 Euros for the actual ticket price, and I am supposed to be getting a full refund for the additional "VIP" costs of 437 Euros. Not happy as I want a full refund but at this point better than nothing.

Not sure I understand this correctly, but the way I read it a voucher will be issued valid for 18 months after issue. If the performance "stays cancelled" after that time, a refund will be given. I'm hoping this is wrong and can blame google translate
