Ofer is also a wonderful graphic designer and was a champion skateboarder. He also cuts Rusty's hair.

Thanks again. Ofer was fab. He has a voice that makes you listen. I'm not sure of the title of the songs that Rusty played bass with him for and I'm annoyed I can't remember any of the lyrics, but the first one they did sounded absolutely gorgeous.

Yes, Ofer has a pleasant voice, I'm listening to him now.

I was at the Beatles Convention at the Adelphi in Liverpool yesterday and imagine my delight when I found out that Rusty would be putting in a surprise appearance on the main stage. There was a short interview followed by an excellent acoustic set from his album (which I must confess I hadn't heard before....but was so impressed with his set, I bought the album right there at the convention). After the set Rusty came to the "VIP" room and signed autographs. I got my new album signed and posed with him for a photo and got two kisses from him too (alas on the cheek)
He is just such a nice and utterly pleasant guy.
I had met him at his hotel in Madrid this summer the night before Paul's concert, along with the rest of the band and they were all very nice and friendly, but it was nice to see Rusty as an accomplished artist in his own right stepping out from under Paul's shadow....and in Liverpool too, that most famous of Beatley places
