F1, Row 3!!! Hot Sound package... Finding it very difficult to relax and get back to work now. That was a VERY hectic experience... both presale and VIP tickets were hard to come by!
I'm in row 3 too! SUCH a stressful experience, but I'm so glad it all worked out!!!! Even if your coworkers think I'm even more of a nutcase
-
I was able to get 4 in sec 223 at about 920. I was trying for better seats but this was all I could get to come up!! Just happy to be there. P

LOL - you did drop the F Bomb when I had you on my office speaker phone.. But - they really only focused on making fun of me once we hung up! Luckily the partners weren't in yet.

Got 2 crappy seats on the amex presale, but since I wanted to take my daughter and needed 2 I just took them to get in. Maybe I'll try the general sale, but this saddens me. It will be a full circle thing for us since we took her to college in Bloomington, Indiana straight from Paul's first citifield show in NY and now she has graduated and is working in Bloomington for the summer but this will be the first step in getting her home from school. But at least we can go regardless.
what seats did you end up with?
-
Sec 208. But I've had worse seats and still had a good time. I was just hoping the fan presale would offer something better.
-
The website presale told me there were no tickets from the get go. So I just kept hitting find tickets for a good 15 minutes, and up popped 2 seats in section 4! I think these are going to be the best seats we've ever had
-
Who?s going to soundcheck? You know how people make signs and hope Paul will call you up on stage because of your great sign. And the chances of that happening are slim to none. Here?s an idea, we have one big sign during soundcheck that says ?Come down here and give us all a high 5, Paul.?. It?d only take him a few minutes and we all win. He?s nice enough to do it, too. Your thoughts?
-
its because all the good seats were either sold as GOLD jacking the price up by $400 or to scalpers presale and over 1500 tickets out there with scalpers some pre-sale since they made it very easy for the scalpers to buy the tickets

What a let down. So bummed! Guess I'll try the general sale, but if I have to sit way up high I'm not sure I can deal with that. The sound sucks up there in that Fieldhouse and I don't want to have to watch the show on the screens (I can watch Paul on tv anytime!)...

When concerts are held in NBA and NHL arenas, the season ticket holders of the teams have the right to buy their tickets for concerts. Many of those people buy the tickets and immediately sell them to brokers or put them on Stub Hub.
-
Both the last two posts are correct, and that sucks, I can understand season ticket holders getting first dibs on their seats but they out to be able to prevent them from resale. but that would be difficult to do.

Its all a complex scam... at my local arena though, people pay a subscription to have first dibs on a seat first. I think its $500 per seat. Plus they have to buy the ticket. Anybody Ive used these were through a sponsor.

I agree

Well, I've invested yet another hour in getting nothing accomplished. Best I was offered was behind the stage. This is not fun. I guess I wond be Out There with Paul. My first miss. HATE THIS!
-
Keep trying. I just pulled up a pair on the floor (F3 Row 12) at 1104 a.m. (Eastern). I threw them back since I was able to get a pair in Sec 11 about 15 minutes after the presale started.
-
I also just pulled up a pair of club level (Sec 104) tickets at 1110 a.m., so it appears that there are still tickets to be had.
-
After being offered upper level behind-the-stage tickets a couple of times at 1122 a.m., my next attempt brought up a pair in Sec 5, Row 9. They may be releasing these things a few at a time.
