Beginnings and endings
-
Gift is what the present is
-
Is the truth truly evident? Or is your lie existant? Is the clarity Heaven sent? That your love is ardent? (eh, I don't think that's the proper usage of the word, but it's alright.)
-
Ardent people are said to live the longest But perhaps even the saddest people live as long Sometimes, scientists are the wrongest But love will always go strong. Meh, couldn't think of anything.
-
Strong in the heart and mind Is a trait that you should find Among the lovely souls That fill up the heart's holes. (awwwww...!)
-
Holes in the road Cause painful injuries, Street leading through clouds Makes sound of weeping tires...
-
(-huggles- there you are! I've been missing you and your poetry!) Tires that hit the rut, Left an awfully painful cut, Changing the lanes, Changing mind panes.
-
Tires burnt out from a drunk man's racing The man's girl of his dreams, for years he's been chasing Has now lost his chances of being with her Too bad all that drunkenness is now a blur.
-
Panes from crystals Shine in the morning, Blur the bright sight Of autumn horning. (I just have to find some time for posting here even though there's so much work... Have to! )
-
(Horning? Morning? I'm not sure which. Morning works best...so...) Morning crisp and chill, Dew, the leaves have their fill, Autumn has begun, Floating leaves, looks like fun. (botched the last line. I'll wake up at 3 am and I'll have a better line...-sigh-) (It's nice to see you, Kiriwana! Do, find time!)
-
Fun is to spend the pause here Because there's so much to read and write, Fun is to talk to you all, Because we have so much in common, Fun is to make serigraphy, Because the man is the Beatle-lover. See you some day, To have some more, See you, my friends, From the hard core
-
Core of the apple, Lying of the floor, Knots we've been tying, We have got lots. (Ha! Rhymed the beginnings and endings of the lines in the poem! That was interesting...)
-
Lots of candy spilled to the ground Many little children on their knees to grab it The pinata broken in two A child picks up a "candy" that's brown...
-
(grotty, angryninja! Un-needed!) Brown is the dirt, Clear is the sky, Her greeting was curt, And so was the reply. (that worked...wow. O.o. No ryhming dictionary necessary...that rhymed, too...)
-
Reply to his letter we're like birds of feather together we'll always be forever
-
Forever and ever, I shall be back soon, Night has befallen, And I must rise with the moon. (or, vice versa, whatever. Aka, my telling you I'm going to bed, good night, in poetry form and utterly failing at it. The great thing about crappy days like these, it can only get better. 'Night, all!)
-
("And I must rise with the moon." - lovely, C. G. ) Moon is cast But as the last Who returns fast She'll greet the sun: Good Day Sunshine. ( B-F#-F#-B-F#-E-E-E-E7-E7-E7-E7... :inlove
-
(copies down chords) Sunshine no longer warm, Clouds beginning to storm, Tonight shall be dreadful yet, But the horizon and clouds have not met. Hope there may be, As the day shall see, The clouds will burn off, The ground shan't quaff. Clear will be the night, The moon will cast her light, Upon the hills and grass, And the innocent young lass. (O.O yikes But its so pretty!)
-
Lass of the moon that shines bright She sleeps during the day and awakens at night Watching over us while we sleep, toss, and turn She runs around the world, looking for that midnight burn.
-
Burn out the images running about my mind, Solace in this hard time I simply can't find, Dreams fevering and extravagant, Fear driving me to be silent. (jeez. I hate how my life affects my poetry.)
-
Silence in the room where the ghosts dwell Humans that hear them but they're not in sight Ghosts that yearn for life on Earth Humans that have been here since birth. Meh.
