Beginnings and endings
-
Romantic nights under the stars Many girls sitting 'round with their lover As the stars fall, one of them points out Mars And, what is this, a moon Rover? Ehehehe.
-
Rover flies from moon to moon Over the lowest hills and deepest pits Feeling liberty in the air And singing words in highest tune. Rover flies crossing the lands Seeing treasures of hidden lies And inside his chest still beats the Lune.
-
Lune the moon goddess She shines on the riverside She hides in the day. Haiku, anyone?

(5,7,5! Huzzah for Japanese poetry! T'was my favorite poetic form when I was in 5th grade, before they told us about free form. -rolls eyes- Hated poetry back then...) Day of joy but full of tears, The enemy, his face still lears, The Good Will of the land, Effaced from the sand. Waves wipe away the past, But this memory shall last. The dreadful haunt, Her face was gaunt, As she realized her true love's fate. He was to become of-late. Hip hip hooray, callooh callay, Desperation and devastation. Waves wipe away the past, But this memory shall last. (Written about my Beatles fanfiction. Huzzah! Now, to go work that into there somehow...? Preface, perhaps?)
-
Last word of the wind Accompanies the dawn Rising with light tint Playing with dark pawn. (Eh, it doesn't work much...)
-
Pawn and rook, Forget the book, Foul play, Rew the day. (why are mine so ominous and depressing, and yours all happy and joyful and light and airy?)
-
Day of the feast the village idiot screams He runs back to the toolshed plotting a scheme Running around, stabbing the townspeople for a good meal His stomach full, but what a good feel.
-
Feel others emotions to the heights and to the depths, the road of the empath is not one of regret, fascinating new friends show where to start, no resistance is the key to the door of the heart.
-
(that's beautiful, hey_kittay. Truly lovely. You certainly are quite the poet!) Heart, the center of feel, Heart, the object to steal, Heart, the most fragile part, Heart, easily caught my a dart. (Nothing to do with me and my thoughts...no. Not at all...)
-
Crossover Genius:
(that's beautiful, hey_kittay. Truly lovely. You certainly are quite the poet!)
(I wholly agree!) Dart of the word Came so suddenly, It came to hurt And kill the smile. But pain disappears For it is gone, For golden silence heals I'll follow the sun. (F, Fm, C, F, Fm, C, Dm Ah, I'm starting to be maniac...)
-
Sun shining down on the sleeping heads The sleeping heads drag themselves out of bed Brewing the coffee, from the pot to the cup it conveys Sleeping heads mumbling, "It's just another day." [/Another day reference]
-
Day after Day Hour after Hour Minute after minute Not a single moment do I Forget your lovely smile You lovely ways Holding your hand on those lovely days Now I long for you And long for your return Soon it will be When my heart with you will be warm (no rhyming not really a rhythm to it.... I still kind of like it though)
-
Warm feelings from the heart Can make a person's cold heart melt She's the one that could make your day start She's the one who has had insults to dealt. Meh...yet again.
-
Dealt vicious winds Head towards sleeping tree To brush his old green crown To show him they are free
-
Free as the dove, That's the octave, Banging on the piano, Weeping the willow. (...I don't get it...that made absolutely no sense...oh, well...)
-
Willow weeping in the wind Rips and tear apart the flying car Harry and Ron to much of their chagrin Nearly expelled and permanent records marred. Too much Harry Potter, me thinks?

(the Harry Potter loving side of me wants to say "You can never have too much Potter" until I remember my friends saying John looks doofy in his glasses but Daniel Radcliffe is just "hawt" in the Potter glasses. I believe it is vice versa, but whatevs.) Marred her face permanently, She took the news bravely, Never again shall she see, Beautiful she'll never be. He'll love her no matter, Her eyes; clear azure, Are enough for him, Their color shall never dim, Whether her face, Was smashed with a mace, Was never considered, His faith not once fluttered. (Huh...well...fluttered is the next word...have fun...)
-
*Is "fluttered" to take the fluttered challenge* Fluttered butterflies Hovering over flowers A beautiful sight
-
(-laughs-) Sight of him makes her heart sing, He is holding a diamond ring, Is it truly meant to be? Is it right to agree? (-gags- ick. A marriage poem...at least it's angsty!)
-
Agree to the terms Which make civilised use true What the heck is this? Ehehehehe, random...
