Cartoon scribbles

Funny cartoon man, always a funny base idea or turn in your cartoons. I like how you got to the joke, a dog talking about batting .900 is funny! and then the 'coaches pet' joke is good! the only thing I would say, and you probably do these anyway, I like one frame cartoons. like on that last one, you could almost tell the 'coaches pet' joke in one, maybe the dog just laying back saying 'I can't believe I lost my starting position to that coaches pet!' but kind of takes some of the fun out of it. so what program do you use to create these, just curious?
I appreciate every comment, interest and suggestions ..... Thank you Kapoo I might see how the idea works as a single frame / panel ... I have done them ..... not as often as the multi- panel comics. Years ago ...... in school...... the teacher started a creative writing class ... everyone was excited at first ..... they were going to write great stories ... then we had to write poems ..... and there was grumbling and sighs from those who felt like they did not sign up for that .... it turned out that most of the class started enjoying the challenge of the poetry ..... finding the words and expressions .... this made the creative writing show improvement ...... then the teacher set up a contract .... so many poems and creative stories for the grade (A, B, C ....) it turned out that many who groaned in the beginning .... wrote more poems now .... they found a new expression ..... they thought they wanted to write stories .... but liked the poems ..... I am trying to say this ..... in the way .... trying different styles and ideas can open many possibilities or strengthen the ones I already do .... As a program .... I am using an older paint pro program ...... the newer versions may have more bells and whistles .... but I am okay with what I am using for now .... the drawings are done by hand ... using a waccom tablet and a "pen like" drawing mouse. The ideas and scribbles still need to come from me

To do what you do you have to be a writer, it's evident you have that skill in your cartoons. The drawings are the vehicle. And me ill always share an idea I have, just to add something, but you dont need any help. Cool storry about the creative writing class, that exact scenario you described, i can totally relate to. Keep writing them jokes! Love it.
