To the one with the Golden tongue We came in the rain We went in the sun We danced in the sand we climbed on the road My friend from a dream My guide from another time My love of a different life My mentor of the world to be Where would we all be If we could not see the cloud you have the Time you spent The life you led Your the man with the golden tongue You spoke to me in a straight voice Telling me in the confines where the magic in sound emerged From the soul of the stuff you had A house I would be led Until I found mr. Right to wed Then you would return home From there I would be on a life of glee Then to home and the next world You fly back to the other dimension you seek To your friends you are still loved We will all see you one day above For now I seek to love the world ou graced With the music you sang With the love you showed us all We shall one day dance with the wind Sing with the clouds Play with the heavenly meadows Before we glance towards the well of souls for the return My heavenly guide Once a famous friend to many Once a golden voice to share Once a shared muse with another Tis the poetic tribute I share To the winds of the sparrows echoing there I will always treasure the dreams we shared Love to you on your heavenly cloud by Doris Ridge Mendlovitz

I have put a lot on various sites all over the internet. i tried Poetry .com. They scattered alot of my work all over their site and I have yet to see anything from it. So As soon as they put a copyright on it. I put it on this or other sites to have a spare copy. I hope I can get it in book form. It would be nice to see what happens with it. love doris
