That is a cool guitar solo! Thanks for pointing it out. You've pointed out a few tracks here that I gave less attention to. My favs were probably Sister Vain, Motherload and This World Is Crazy. all are nice tracks though! Keep up the good work over there. best to Rod! so are you guys going to flip roles then? Rod producing Audi tracks anytime soon? although you'll continue to play everything Rod can just give you pointers mutherload - MotherLoooaad!

Ok --what do you want? That's probably the highest compliment anyone could give me.

That's why I said it Edge of Paradise is the awesome. Great beats and good vocals! Actually now I've listened to it again this one sounds really like a Rusty song! I can really imagine Rusty singing this one (it even sounds like him singing!) and ripping out one of his awesome solos in the middle (not that your solo at the end isn't awesome!)!

Wow! Fantastic track, audi! Brilliantly produced too, I have to say. It gets better as it goes on. Lovely guitar solo at the end, and that talky bit too. Rockin! "Just another band on the run" Impressive. Apart from one or two rough edges with the vocal recording I'd say it's pretty flawless.

Rod and I think ya' both! Rusty, eh? That's a BIG compliment, especially from you, Josh!

As always you're welcome! And the chord changes and vocals really do sound very Rusty Anderson. Especially Edge of Paradise and What's It To Ya. Both of them coud fit nicely on Undressing Underwater or Born On Earth. Spot on, you two best keep up the awesome music! ALSO feel free to drop me an email with some MP3's of your songs cos my Ipod's screaming for em! haha

Thanks muchly, they're already downloaded aaaand...3...2...1...on my ipod! You guys (and IllWobble and Kapoo for that matter) are the Lennons to my McCartney! I feel like I gotta go write some songs that go one better than everyones! Which won't be an easy task! I think having this healthy competition between me, IllWobble, Kapoo and yourself has really upped all of our games and we're all writing good stuff! Pity we can't all write a song together. Or could we....

Thanks Josh!! Yeah I wonder how it could work. Problem is, once you work out a whole song on your own it's then yours and harder to accept input. Part of me loves a lot of what you two did on Penguin and HoD, but then another part of me strongly wants to claim ownership and keep them in their original simplicity (maybe with only one or 2 bits - I really want that ukelele bit in Penguin, f.e.). Anyway, maybe the best chance at collaborating is if we have an unfinished song we'd be willing to let the others have a go at finishing off. I suppose I have one extremely rough demo of a song I started off last summer - it's not all that good but any of you would be welcome to have a go of making something of it if you liked...

Bro, let's look at the glass as half-full. A can-do attitude could easily get this done. Wasn't Foster The People's "Pumped Up Kicks" wholly composed on the 'Net via various contributors? I might have my facts blurred about that. Anyway. I'm all up for it! Let's work inside-out like an algebra equation: We could start with a mere title. Then a key. Then a tempo. Then a genre. Then ... um...you guys defer to me on everything I say. OK -- scratch that last one.

Sounds like a plan. I'm more than willing to have a go at finishing it off. Unless Audi or someone would prefer to Then whoever finishes it could record a basic guitar/vocal track for others to add their bits to. This could be fun!

THAT sounds like a plan (sept the last bit!) If we can work out a nice title and key, genre and tempo that suits everyone (the first two being most important to the lead vocalist) then we're off to a good start.

I'm open.

So where do we start thinking up this title then?
