Paul McCartney has officially become an oldies act.

Paul, would you please open your concerts with SAVE US? (I know it's not going to happen).
Why? Nobody needs to take a leak that early in the show. No...I wan't him to open with a song that has gravitas...

I would just want him to do it to blow people's minds. It's a very contemporary sounding song. And I still love it!
It's Paul trying desperately to sound current... and boring me to tears in the process. Not a song the audience who loves The Beatles would care about. If "Hope of deliverance" had to be removed after 2 shows in the US for lack of response, I can't imagine what would happen with "Appreciate".
Maybe he just sang "Deliverance" for those that NEEDED to be delivered. LOL! Kinda like Mull...just England & Canada get that one.
AND AUSTRALIA...

Make that 2 in a million!

If I had a say in Paul's setlist, there would be 2 concerts in each city of his current tour: one in a big venue with his usual setlist and special effects, and one would be the NEW album performed live from beginning to end at a smaller venue, with just the band and no special effects, like he did in his 1991 mini-tour of "secret gigs".

I'd rather hear "On My Way To Work" or "I can Bet" in a concert setting.

I'd rather hear anything other than Hey Jude and The Long and Winding Road for the zillionth time!

Me too, but what does 98% of the audience want?
-
How about SILLY LOVE SONGS?

Try 40%.
