Haha yeah thank you I just want to be sure. Will I be able to buy VIP Packages during the AMEX presale?
Yes.

paulmccartneyfan1:
For The AMEX presage, do you just go to ticket master and put your card number or do you have to have a code to access the AMEX presage?
First, get registered with Ticketmaster so you can log in with a screen name and password. Also, enter your AMEX + number as your form of payment and your address. This way it is already there and you don't have to screw around typing it in when you actually get your tickets. Then follow Anita's directions.

Do I have have a code for the AMEX presale?
Hi, If you choose "seating" purchasing with a standard American Express card, no code is required. If you choose "preferred seating" using a gold (or higher, such as platinum) American Express card, a code is required. Once again, the code is the 10-digit customer service number or international promotional code on the back of your American Express card. I hope this helps. Best of luck! Anita

For the AMEX presale, is there going to be a pull down menu under "Ticket Type" that says "American Express Presale Tickets"? I thought I saw a screen shot with the instructions on the home page with the AMEX logo advertising it (it's not there now). I think you have to enter the customer service number on the back of your card, but someone on the pm website posted that 8778770987 works the best, so is this arbitrary? Don't want to get hung up on something silly.
Yes, there will be a drop down menu. The American Express choices will be: "American Express Card Member Pre-sale" This option does not require a code. Any level of American Express card is acceptable to complete this transaction. or "American Express Preferred Seating" This option requires a code. A gold American Express card (or higher, such as platinum) is required to complete this transaction. The code is the 10-digit customer service number or international promotional code on the back of your American Express card. No, it is not arbitrary. Use the number that is on the back of your card as there are multiple customer service numbers to meet the demands of various levels of service (standard, gold, platinum, etc.). I hope this information helps. Best of luck! Anita

Thanks Anita this helps a lot! Is it certain that AMEX presale has the option of purchasing VIP packages when they go on sale tomorrow? I thought the AMEX presale has only select seats which fans can select from? I thought that once you put in your AMEX card, then you have no other options after and you just have to "search for tickets" with the quantity you want. Somebody told me a few posts back, that when I put in my AMEX number, then I have the option to select a VIP Package if I wanted to. I just want to confirm this.

Hi, You're welcome! Unfortunately, I am not at all certain as to which levels of tickets will be offered via the American Express pre-sale and therefore cannot offer confirmation to you. I would suggest that prior to the opening of the pre-sale, you contact your customer service representative via the customer service number located on the back of your American Express card. Anita
