I am hoping against all hope to find a good resolution for my problem. I clicked the link this morning to buy presale tickets to the Louisville, KY show. I clicked the link, made it thru the queue and selected four tickets. To my surprise, I was able to purchase 4 tickets in row A of Sec 214. I was excited as could be. I checked my confirmation and to my horror, saw that the tickets were for the Pittsburgh show. This can't be possible. But, just in case, I went back and clicked the link to the Louisville presale again. And again it took me to the Pittsburgh show. I did this once more and for the third consecutive time, the Louisville link took me to the Pittsburgh event page. I would normally just go to the Pittsburgh show, however, it coincides with my family vacation in FL that I cannot change. My little boy has talked about nothing but seeing Paul McCartney live for years. And I have now gone from hero to zero. I have contacted crowdsurge, but have not heard back. PLEASE HELP! I have these 4 row A tickets I can't possibly use. As the bulk of the seats have not gone on sale to the general public yet, can these seats I have go back into circulation and be replaced with 4 comparable seats to the Louisville show? This would seem easy enough. I'm not picky. They don't have to be front row of a section, although something close to that would be nice. Again, please help me out here. Clicking the link to the Louisville show should not have given me seats to the Pittsburgh show.

The EXACT same thing happened to me this morning...; I clicked on the pre-sale link for Pittsburgh & followed the instructions & was put in the 'queue' &when my purchase screen came up I hurriedly bought one ticket for myself & it wasn't until after I got the confirmation that it was for Albany,New York! I likewise went back to the pre-sale page & clicked the Pittsburgh link...& sure enough it brought up the Albany pre-sale page which in my haste I didn't notice when I bought my ticket. I e-mailed customer support @Crowdsurge for a resolution & I sure hope I get a response soon. I wonder how widespread this issue was?

I had tickets in my cart for the Albany presale and the Crowdsurge site had "technical" difficulties that prevented me from completing my transaction. I understand your frustration with the process. It seems a lot of fans are disappointed with the poor execution of this presale. The customer support reply blamed the problem on high demand...as if that was unexpected. I hope you and I both will still get to see Paul.
