Please show respect to the thread starter by sticking to the topic. Threads where the above advice is being ignored will be liable to becoming locked. Therefore please do not spoil threads for our large community by leading them off topic with personal grievances, negative posts aimed directly at any member, bickering or posting to provoke conflict.
