15% Discount For Premium Members???

Hi, I need some help in finding out how to get the 15% discount code that Premium Members were supposed to get to purchase items in the McCartney store on the website. It states on the site that this E-Mail code would be E-Mailed to us and I still have not gotten anything. Please advise. Thanks. Linda, from New York[/list]

Hi Linda, Sorry to learn that you have not received the e-mail containing the discount details. Please check your Spam folder as others have reported the e-mail appearing there. The sender is no-reply@livenationmerchandise.com. If there, please be sure to adjust your settings to allow future e-mails from this source. If not there, you are not alone, others have also indicated that they have not yet received the e-mail, including myself. If you are experiencing the same as I did, the merchandise is already discounted, but your username and password will not allow access to checkout, is this correct? If so, I was able to resolve this issue by simply creating a new account. Doing so will take only a minute and once completed you will continue to see the discounted merchandise with access to checkout. There is a promotion code provided upon gaining access, but it is not needed as the merchandise is already discounted. Applying the promotion code does not adjust the price of the already discounted merchandise. Hi oobu24, So sorry, I saw your post last night, became distracted with other issues at the message board and forgot to respond to you.
ops: It is solely your decision as to whether you should create a new account. Along with many others, I never received the e-mail that contained the premium member discount information. Recognizing this store as as a new platform, many of us simply created a new account which did indeed acknowledge us as premium members. I do not know if it is possible to retrieve a previously existing password. When I submitted a forgotten password request, I received a return message indicating that I was not in the user database, hence the creation of a new account. Very strange, I can log in just fine, but I'm not seeing the 15% discount applied like I did before. The email said it's good through the end of the year. I was finally ready to use it too.

Are the prices higher now? The 15% was never really shown I thought, the price shown was to include the discount.

Hi Nancy, When I used to go from the link in my email it would show the orginal price and the price with the 15% discount now it only shows one price and when I'm not logged in it shows the same pricing. Is it doing the same for you?

When I go to the PM Merchandise store, I just see one price listed for each item. I don't know if that is the discount price or not. What do you want to buy? I can't log in either. It is not recognizing my user name & password!!

I used to see a discounted price. One full price & then a discounted one. Now there is just the full price. I wanted to get a Tshirt but I can't sign in. I guess we need to create ANOTHER account. This place gets really screwy at times.
