How do I get a message to the tour promoter?

Washington D.C.'s metro will be shutting down at midnight with no exceptions. That means a lot of fans could be stranded or have to leave the show at 11:00 or 11:15 p.m. Is there any possible way to start at 7:30 p.m. instead of 8:00 p.m.? Paul will be insulted if he notices hordes of people leaving.
