Digital download for PureMcCartney not working

I bought Pure McCartney on LP, and it came with a free digital download. When I went to the site on the card (PaulMcCartney.com/reedeem/puremccartney) to download it worked just find initially once I put the code in. After about an hour it timed out and now every time I try to restart it it says I no longer have access to this content. SO, I tried to re-start anew by putting the code it, but it says the code is no longer valid. Please advise how to remedy this. Thank you.
