A Big Thank You From PaulMcCartney.com

What really irks me is that they think they are doing good for this site yet they are ramming it (no pun intended) into the ground.

Middle of March now - some five months after scrapping the membership and leaving many, many Macca fans frustrated and upset..as well as out of pocket. WHEN THE **** ARE WE GOING TO GET A DECENT REPLY??? I am absolutely sick of waiting for compensation for the disgraceful way we've been treated. I am bored of writing stuff on here that is absolutely ignored by the same people who took the decision to remove our memberships without notice. It's now abundantly clear that THEY DON'T ACTUALLY CARE! Why should they - they took our money and are now laughing at us all - we're just fans - the ones that buy every release, and re-release...and even every re-re-re-release. C'mon.....seriously - time for an update - I want to know if what we've been given (downloads of stuff we all have) is the end of it..or is there more? An e-mail, a message on here - not asking for much. Get it sorted!
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GENIUS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I agree with the bold!!

When is it coming?

I'd like to make a request. I've heard others mention that many major artists allow their concerts to be available for a reasonably priced download via their official web sites immediately following the actual concert. McCartney fans would love that! I'm still very, very grateful for Paul allowing HD video of one of his 2011 South American concerts to be available at pm.com for a week or so. That was a nice gift for us!

HA! We didn't even get that when we signed up as premium members
-
That was my point in posting this. Elton's fans do get to be right down front and they don't have to pay for a VIP package.

It's been done one different artists' websites, yet Paul, someone who prides himself on doing new things, on being on the forefront, can't get his website to even honor the lackluster Premium Membership so many of us paid for. The pre-sales were a joke, the premium content was anything but, and even then, the membership was cancelled with no warning, and our "goodies" have dried up after a few downloads that have been available on the internet for a while were given to us for free. : Yeah, I feel valued as a fan right now.

I don't care about consolation-downloads anymore...I just want Paul's site (i.e., content) to be above the fray..which it ain't at the moment.

Hey you (MPL), don't make it bad. Take this bad site and make it better. Remember to bring back our accounts. Then you can start to make it better...

What pisses me off the most is they advertise the presale in any show announces, like this one that was posted on Paul's Facebook (2.9 millions registered users including many professional scalpers). At the very least, they should not accept any recent "free signup" members to access the presale or they laughing at us, true fans. Why don't they give former Premium members priority ? Are they really listening to our complains? I don't think so!
New Washington Date Added To 'Out There' Tour! _________________________________________________ Paul will be playing at Nationals Park in Washington on July 12th as part of his forthcoming 'Out There' tour. Pre-sale tickets will be available from 9am (local time) on Tuesday 9th April to members of www.PaulMcCartney.com Fans who are not already registered at the website can do so HERE: http://bit.ly/PMcSignUp

Agreed and they don't care. It's all about money. Money, that's what I want.
