true magic - time travel

Something magical is going on these days.
I noticed some instances of 2 consecutive posts where in the first post there is a quote of the second post (so the posts should have been the other way around). You are probably right about that.
So it was done deliberately But seriously: at times I see the boardtime is 5 minutes ahead of my pc time and a moment later the boardtime is again the same as my pc time. I like this time distortion; it makes it possible to time travel. -

Just thought I'd mention that it seems to be increasing...a member's quoted reply getting posted before the actual quote. It's happening more and more these past few days.

My computer's clock says it is 4:56 PM right now, but when I hit Submit, it will say that I posted at 4:58!

I've taken to quoting every post I'm replying to, just to help people follow the conversation easier.
I've tried resetting my computer's clock to try to fix my time traveling issues, but to no avail...

I bet it won't help much. Especially when we all start posting at the same time. But what happened? It never used to be like this?

I have no clue....in all the years here posting, this is the first time this has happened. You are right, it does seem to happen more when multiple people are posting. When it is slow, it seems OK.
