Tim Christensen used to be in a band called Dizzy Mizz Lizzy. Def worth checking out. This is one of their songs:
BTW: Celine Dion recorded one of his songs ("Right next to the right one"), so I guess he doesn't have to worry about his retirement/pension

Dizzy Mizz Lizzy sounds like they have potential. The Paul cover stuff is amazing, but not sure why'd I'd ever be into that when we have Paul. Tim Chistensen has some talent though

DML is history. They made 2 studio albums, became quite big in Japan, and disbanded during early sessions for their 3rd album. A couple of years ago they did a re-union tour (it happens to everyone, so why not?). I'll buy his "Pure McCartney" release because I like Tim Christensen and has all his other releases. For me it's just an added bonus that he does McCartney songs as well. As far as I know, he's never done any McCartney songs prior to this. Tim has always been a McCartney fan, but Lennon got the tribute with the above "11:07 pm" song. -

It was a high profile concert in Copenhagen with a famous singer/songwriter called Tim Christensen feat. Tracy Bonham and Mike Viola. The concert was arranged to celebrate Paul's 70th birthday and has now been released as a DVD and album called Pure McCartney. -
