Team, La Rocca, Manic Street Preachers, Nada Surf, Yeah Yeah Yeahs etc.
Thank you very much, Svenn, for including them! Btw, Christy and Tina, I'm a bit late in uploading the other Saturday Night Live shows, but they ARE coming, if you're still interested.

Hey Svenn! Nice new thread...very cool. I heard not long ago that Art Garfunkel will have some stops in my state in this current tour. I'm gonna see if I can't get to at least one of them.
OMG yes please go, and say hi to him from me! He's doing five concerts in Florida I think...there should be one you could go to, right, right? Oh, I'm so jealous, I wanna go again too!

Svenn:
This is a very nice song by Crosby, Stills and Nash:
I'm afraid I'm going to have to check them out as well....harmonies are definitely my thing. I think Sean has a few cd's of them, I'll play them tomorrow!

Just found this link: http://magazine.jamsbio.com/2009/01/05/playing-the-beatles-backwards-the-ultimate-countdown Someone made a countdown of Beatles songs. All 185 of them. From 185 to 1 in order of how much the person compiling the list likes them. Each song comes with its youtube vid, it's kind of awesome!

I like Art Garfunkel. What a great voice he has! I think there are other members of the Supernova who like him too. I am not quite sure, but I think we have talked about him before.
You're kidding
It would be great if you cold see Art on his tour.
Very cool, esp. if it was a smaller venue...which it wouldn't be...but one can dream.

Another perfect song for the times... [
Cut My Hair[/url] ..."feel like letting my freak flag fly" They don't make 'em like that anymore....except I am really groovin' on Fleet Foxes....awesome harmony work. (Thanks again Bjorn ) -
Mieke:
I want to congratulate the Americans with their new president. I hope he will make your dreamscome true.
He's got a very difficult road ahead of him, but I feel much better with him driving
Pete Seeger Bruce Springsteen:
James Taylor- John Legend - Jennifer Nettles: (on the stage is James' wife singing together with James' background singer before John Legend and Jennifer Nettles comes on stage) Bruce Springsteen (not very good view)A very kind soul pointed me to an upload of the whole show...in great quality....I am a happy camper

Congratulation to all Americans I'm happy with Onama but I'm also very affraid a lot of very high hopes and 1 man to do that : let's not be hard for him................he is just a man
People with common sense are aware that he doesn't walk on water, but some folks are putting him in the "superhero" category. Of course being in a comic book with Spiderman doesn't dispell that notion. :

By the way, congratulations with reaching 1000 pages of posts in the previous topic
Why : We do that all the time
It has become a fairly regular occurance

Good luck at the dentist. I tought only little kids had dentist-phobia.
I was pretty darn brave until 2001. I had to have a tooth crowned and the dentist couldn't get my jaw numb enough and I was 'white knuckling' it until they started the nitrous oxide Now I'm worried anytime drilling is required , which fortunately isn't very often

Btw, Christy and Tina, I'm a bit late in uploading the other Saturday Night Live shows, but they ARE coming, if you're still interested.
I couldn't d/l the other show, I tried a number of times and it didn't work for me I get to "click here to download"...I click...and it downloads in a microsecond...but it isn't the .avi file. Not sure what's going on and too computer dense to figure it out :

I stumbled onto that list too. Interesting to read the reasons they ranked the songs as they did, though I don't agree with the order The comments are fun to read too.

He IS playing smaller venues. I'm not sure about the US tour, but I think they're smaller venues as well. I went to see him and it was in a theatre, maybe 1000 people or less!

wow! +1000 pages huh? so sad i missed it, i bet it was filled with great stuff the thing that amazed me most is the fact now there are no rules (OK Svenn only for now ) but there is nearly zero pictures of the great men that Svenn dislike when i read the first post i was sure the other pages were filled with pictures i hope you are all fine beautiful people (and now it is offical - yay! ). i had my final exam today and now i have 2 weeks ahead of me which i really deserved, i will let you know if i can fulfill my ambition for this semester and about the music, i am a really new listener to Simon & Garfunkel and now i am feeling sad why didn't i listen to my dad before when he kept telling me how great their music is ops: but at least i enjoy them now that will be all for this time i guess, take care beautiful people
