This will be my 5th show. Im getting grief from my family for going again. My wife just doesnt understand why I would want to see the same performer more than once. She has been to two shows and has no desire to go again. How do I explain this obsession that I have with seeing Paul?
See him while you can! If that doesn't work tell her about Bob G well over 100 McCartney concerts. Good Luck!!!

I am in the same boat she goes now and then but I always buy two tickets then ask her first, if she does not want to I go on to others....I have been to 17 I think she may have seen 8 or 9 of those...but she does not care...and you really can not explain it to most people..I don't even try..I worked for the same women for 8 years and she always knew I went to the shows so finally last year I asked her if she wanted me to get her and her husband tickets and she did so she told me after the show last year that they both loved it and let them know when he comes back...so I let her know last night and she bought three tickets and her daughter bought two..good to know you have helped spread the joy:-)

Wow, it is very interesting the people that get 'great seats' and the people that do not. I am glad I am not going now.
What do you find interesting? You're glad you're not going because of the seats other people got? Strange.....
-
sounds like there is a little personal feelings towards some on here which OK I get that part maybe..but to be happy you are not going is kind of silly...

Please do not try to pick apart what I wrote. I have tried many times to see Paul Mac in concert and have listened to his music since I was born, so I was very p.o. ed that it seemed easy for some people to get tickets and it has been so hard on others, not just me. I don't care about going as in if it is so HARD to get tickets through that site then I am not going to kill myself to go to the concert in New Orleans. I guess my post ended up here on the Louisville area by accident just like I ended up on another venue for tickets. My words were nothing personal to anyone here, it was to the ticket site that obviously is incompetent. I have NEVER seen Paul in concert and I would like to see him once before I die, but that is cool if I don't if I have to go through all this drama. It would be nice if others who obviously have seen him multiple times could be kinder to those who have yet to catch him and his magick. Thanks.

There is no need to give up on seeing Paul! If you have an American Express card, you can try for tickets on Ticketmaster tomorrow. Or there is the regular on sale on Monday, also at Ticketmaster. You still have chances to buy tickets at face value. If seeing Paul is your goal, you can make it happen. Crowdsurge is not the only, final way to buy tickets. Good luck!

Wow, so nice to hear that someone from here actually got good seats!! Good for you!! I don't stress it any more, what is meant to be, will be... Was having a bit of nostalgia today over the promise that we were going to get good seats as a Pioneer. Was thinking it probably was an idea from the Linda days and I had such hope for it, until for whatever reason that never came to be. I've joined several other artists clubs and have gotten good tickets that way. The Who, Coldplay, Tom Petty and Kate Bush (well I gave my chance to my best friend there). I was happy to pay the fee, wish that was still a viable option with Paul. I wish I had known about Club Sandwich back in the day. Pioneer Club flashback Photo... http://i1316.photobucket.com/albums/t620/love2travel6/Random%20Photos/P1000302-Version2_zps02e869e7.jpg And a runey toon toony... those were the days!

Weds. at 9: 30 pm was at work and checked Ticketmaster for a friend & pulled up 2 ($1500 each) seats in row D, seats 2 & 3, sec. 2! How does that happen? Those are absolutely perfect seats! I couldn't get her on the phone or thru email, so I had to let them go.

Get this! The next day she ended up getting Row E, seats 3 & 4, sec. 2!! Could this be because people turn their seats back in after they realize they can't afford $3000?
-
Yep, that's probably exactly what happened. Or their credit card was declined, or they got better seats....
