Sam Leach:
Hi Val (Blondie 10), Sam C, Kathy, dB and Starr. I had my scan today and will get the results in 10 days when I go back to the hospital to see the Consulktant. It's fairly definite I'll need another hip rpelacement. Thanks again for your concern. Love, cheers and hugs Sam.
Hi Sam, The great thing about hip replacements is that you should have no problems after it is all done. Just place a new ball in the there, and Lord Willing, no more pain and problems. You will be out there on the golf course before too long... Cheers! Sam C.

Oh and speaking of Jesus...how many of you all have seen The Passion Of The Christ?
-
Sam C, I havent seen it yet, waiting for the crowds to go a bit smaller.. I hope Mel gives some money to Charities
-
Sam, Please keep us posted of your possible impending surgery. My thoughts are with you. Terri

Hi Terri (One after 909). Thanks for your kind comment and I'll keep you all posted. Hi Jen (In 1964 JL was hot). Thanks for the bumps. Love and hugs Sam xx

Hi Sam C Okay I'll keep my eye on the ball. Vinny I haven't seen the film but it's making some people plenty of money. But do they have an axe to grind?? Cheers. Sam.
-
Sam, sorry to hear about the hip surgery . Hope everything goes okay. Take care and hang in there.
-
Thanks Beatman. It is my second as they go after 10 years or so. Cheers Sam.

Hi everyone, I just wanted ot let you know the Concert FOr George is coming on ETV soon. Be sure to catch it.
-
Hi, Sam, no need to apologize about the pain killers. I voted yesterday and you were up by 7. Will vote today when my 24 hours are up. You take it easy until the surgery. I've been on those heavy pain killers and could barely drag myself out of bed! The Concert for George was on PBS here last night. Brought back lots of memories from a special night.

Hi Everyone. I'll be out tonight as I'm being picked up to have dinner with Bobby Vee who is appearing in New Brighton near Liverpool tomorrow night. I'm sure you'll all remember his hits in the late 50's and early 60's `Rubber Ball' & `The Night has a 1000 Eyes'....and many more. I'll have to take my walking stick with me thopugh. Cheers Sam.

Hi Sam, Didn't Boby Vee sing Ron To Him? If so tell him it is a great song. What is he up to these days? As for The COncert FOr George I thought While My Gitar Gently Weeps was doen beautifully, the sitar was palyed well by Ravi Shankar's wife or daughter, I nEed You was eprformed well and when Paul sang All Things Must Pass it was very touching. Dhani looks jsut like his dad. My parents actually thought it was George at first but I told him that George was already dead when the concert took place and then my dad says it must be his son. Indeed it was Dhani. I like the way he said Uncle Ringo. We do the same in India calling oru aprents friends uncle and aunty. I can see some of the Indian influence there.

Hello Sam hope you had a nice dinner with Bobby Vee, his name sounds familiar. I just put on the Best of George Harrison, i love this CD!! Which reminds me to remind everyone to watch the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame March 15th!! I'll find out the channel. I think it's on VH1 tho!! I believe the members of the Travelling Wilbruys will be inducting George from what i heard.

Really, Bobby Vee? That's must be pretty neat. I'm sorry to say that I don't know too much about that person. But, dinner is always good. By the way, my friend is here with me and she says hi. She's a big Beatles fan, too. Sam, please be careful out there! I'll be sure to vote today! Cheers!
