Dictionary!... mmm... "mean":bad, excellent, fierce, low, poor, great, skillful... Why does this word has so many meanings? LOL

Starr Actually Arizona won two years ago, last year the Angels won it. I am simply a Yankee fan so I want them to win it -- whether it's good for another team to win instead is irrelevant to me. It's like telling Sam when Liverpool was especially hot -- isn't it time for another team to step forward -- I doubt for example Sam stopped rooting for Liverpool and chose another team regardless of how successful they were. Cheers! Mike
-
Hey Mike i understand where you are coming from with the yankees, you want them to win and i want the cubs to win lol! Maybe they'll face each other in the world series that would be neat, cubs won last night. we'll see how things go!
-
Hi MIke & Sara I've been supporting Liverpool FC for 62 years from when they were struggling, through 30 years of complete domination of English and European footbal. And because of our great traditions we're still the club everyone else wants to beat the most. And we're coming back to our best. Only two years ago we won FIVE Cups in ONE season. Everyone should always stick with their team irrespective of results. Cheers. Sam.

Hi Sam & Starr The Yankees had a lot of dry spells -- (sounds like Liverpool) in my life for a good chunk of 70s and all of the 80s -- but really played great in the 90s and have won the most World Series -- that and it's big payroll and crazy owner makes them the team that lots want to beat. However, they have a great/nice manger with generally good guy players -- and one important fact I forgot to mention Macca is a fan -- he's admitted such -- you see him at Yankee games - and my best bet is that if the Yanks make the series Macca will be there. Coming from New Jersey originally -- have always been a Yankee fan. I wouldn't mind seeing the Cubs play the Yankees but I admit am rooting for the Marlins in the National League -- considering I live in South Florida. Cheers! Mike

Sam looks like you are in a 30/30 tie right now.
-
Hi Mike Not really a 30/30 tie as we hold almost every important record in British Football. Most Championships, etc. It's more like a 50/10 ratio. With much more to come !! Cheers. Sam.
-
Sam do you like tennis? I was owndering what sports John liked and Paul likes? I know they didn't play any but what were tehir favorites to watch?
-
Hi Paulfan As far as I can recall none of them were really sports-minded. They were mainly interested in girls and guitars. In Ringo's case girls only as he was the stud of Merseybeat... ...but I ran him pretty close....see my book. Cheers. Sam.

Hi Sam Actually in terms of the 30/30 tie I was referring to your web site race that morning. Cheers! Mike

Sorry that I mess around, but... Is there anything is this world more beautiful than girls and music?
-
girls, music .. I would add " beer " and " football ". That´s what happiness means to me I never did it, but I suppose it´s possible to have this all together, watching football on telly, with a good girl, beer and music on the radio P.S. obviously not any kind of these itens, I mean if you are with a fat girl, listening Jacko...than it´s hell twisted
-
Hi Sam, I thought Paul would be the stud of Merseybeat. After all he was considred the cute one of the beattles. No wonder we look up to the beatles. They had great talent and got the girls. Maybe if I looked like paul or had John's sharp wit I could get them too. Maybe Ringo's sense of humour or George's gentle manner.
-
and you forgot the first thing to get girls a good checkbook
P
-
Okay Cesar I'll remember that.
-
I bet a British accent works, too hence one of Sam's secrets of success with American girls, I bet.
-
yes, Mike ... a good checkbook, british accent, experience, ... lol now I understand Sam excitement with his american tour....
-
British accent, good idea Mike. I can do a british accent real well. I can't sing like Paul but I can imitate the way he talks. I can't do it on the internet but if you met me in person you could hear me do it.
