It's not exactly up to me; I mean, if you don't ask, you don't get, but just don't expect anything. And not that you would, but no dumbass requests like "come to my house for tea!" AS IF!! I wish!!
-
I wouldnt'a ask for him to come to my hosue because I know that Paul wouldn't be able to. It would be neat to hase a question answered by Paul or an autograph from him though.
-
Gee, that'd be a nightmare if Paul would pop over for tea - my flat looks chaos! I need to tidy up my room first....quick....

Your best chance of getting an autograph is trying to meet him at one of his "work" outings, eg outside TV studios/radio stations/etc. So many people write to MPL etc asking for autographs and they normally send your letter back to you.
-
Luaren, IU hear Paul gets mad somedays too. He has snapped at fans bewfore when in a bad mood. I know there are certain places he doesn't like to sign autographs. Maybe MPL would be a good palce to get it. I know he doesn't sign through the mail due to the voulume of mail but in an autograph magazine it said he was always good about signing in eprson.
-
If you read the post I made above yours, I've explained where he will sign. He won't do it near his home or when he's having lunch or shopping or something as it's HIS time and he also does not want to draw attention to himself. I'd much rather get a few minutes to chat with him than an autograph, anyway (lovely as they are, it's only him writing his name on a bit of paper; and conversations are so much more personal).
-
So He does sign at his work. As for an autograph this is Paul's not jsut someboyd like Britney Spears or Paris Hilton. A conversation with him would be nice too. He does have conversations with fans ast MPL studios? SI there any other place to have a conversationw ith him or is MPL the place to do it?
-
Wherever he's recording, eg Abbey Road, WHEN he's recording. But he's rarely at MPL, and don't be disappointed if he does not stop for a chat; it's not a given.
-
He signed all albums, posters and CDs fans brought in to the AAM-gala. His security even helped the fans to get an autograph! I don't have one but a real good memory of a crazy night with Paul and Heather and the boys...

I wouldn't expect a chat to be a given. I'd have to be lucky if he did chat.

HUGGING YOU BACK!!! Yes, I'm fine. And I've to say bodyguards are a funny crowd - now I have to look after one of HIS people who has a broken heart...if he just knew about my broken heart and HIM... These people seem so strong and confident and as nothing could hurt them and then I meet three of them in a short while and all three are so damn human: weak, not really confident and with broken hearts... : ops: I'd like to hug em all together and never let go again!
-
Awwwww. Are you sure you'd want to stop at just hugging them?

I went to two AAM Galas here in the US and Paul didn't sign anything. I got my Paul autograph by bidding on it online during his Paintings exhibit. The money went to Kosovo. I waited outside MPL one cold January day and Paul was inside. There were three of us there, all American. We waited all day once we realized Paul was inside. This was a long time ago now. We knew he was inside because the Osmond Boys came in a limo with a stack of CDs in their arms. Before they went in, we asked if they were going to see Paul and they said yes. We asked if they were going to get the CDs autographed and they said yes. They came out about an hour later and showed us their autographed CDs. When it got dark, Mary came out and told us that it wasn't safe for us to be their any longer. Somebody must have called the police, because shortly thereafter the bobbies showed up and said we had to go. I didn't know the other two, but I surmised that Paul was inside and didn't want to give even three autographs that cold January day. Mary did take letters from all three of us, but I never heard anything.
