My problem with other other bands especially the 90's or older is that I don't know their songs! I was into into great music when I was younger and I treasured them in heart and soul. Then when I was old enough to realize my responsibility to my mother and family I went back to school again--then I continued doing what my priorities are in life. After I became a widow, I still worked like a horse until I went into a deep deep depression--but you know God is Love--he was there during my ordeals and I am no perfect --I am so bad sometimes--but maybe it is because I was so lonesome in my life. May 2002, I met Mike here and we dated--the rest is history! My Lord, I am happy on what I do--even if I don't have enough money to go shopping at Neiman (not anymore) I take RESPONSIBILITY of myself and Mike's need--feeding-cooking, cleaning, washing...et cetera LOLZ! Ha ha except one thing in the book--tanda na si lolo mo! hehehehe I love it here--FREE SPEECH ANAK! HUGS!

I knew a lot of bands in the nineties and you know what auntie? Their style is patterned to the sixties and seventies..Like what this guy Marilyn Manson said that nineties rock music is ideas pasted on ideas, influences pasted on influences.Tama naman sya.. Guns N'Roses and the Darkness strongly resembles Led Zeppelin. You can see,and this guy Eddie Vedder is being compared to Jim Morrison and this guy Kurt Cobain is called 'the John Lennon' of his generation, see? The nineties is a combination of influences from the sixties--which is the cradle of modern rock. Theres nothing like the sixties and early seventies which is where modern rock music began, thanks to the Beatles--who brought modern rock n'roll.

Absolutely, Keith! My respect to the Beatles is universal because yeah, they started rock n roll and became a big hit and more popular than ever. A lot of musicians imitated then and became popular also but BEATLES even without John and George are still the greatest musician and no one can ever take that away from them Paul, Ringo and the widows of the late George Harrison and John Lennon. They are phenominal --history proved it. My only angst are these haters who have no business picking on our beloved oldies --yeah, but both can still do it and no stopping them especially Sir PaulMccartney--he is always on the headlines of news out there which I myself watches it everyday for Paul's news so I can blog about it! he he he Hmmm... I am eating cereals my gad--midnight snack!

Absolutely, Keith! My respect to the Beatles is universal because yeah, they transformed rock n roll in a higher level and created The Beatlemania or FANSONTHERUN thingy Lol! ( Elvis and Chuck Berry pioneered rock n roll--sorry about that--that I wasn't thinking right last night ZZZZzzz. A lot of musicians imitated them and became popular but not as much as the Beatles popularity tho. The BEATLES even without the (deceased) John and George are still quite popular up to this time. Uncomparable and no one can ever take that away from them Paul, Ringo and the widows of the late George Harrison and John Lennon. They are phenominal --history proved it. in fairness to julius babao (abscbn newscaster; tfc personality), he is a beatles fan, i think. i read one of his posts in twitter where he said he got his paul mcartney toy guitar or something like that to be able to play 'beatles: rock band'. sa tingin ko, sa staff and crew department may problema ang abscbn/tfc. tulad noong isang araw, habang nag-uulat si "mang tany" o nathaniel cruz ng PAGASA sa tv patrol, bigla ba namang naputol. siyempre, bilang ako na isang nanonood ng balita (tv patrol at 24 oras), maiintriga ako.

Kumusta kayo nung bumagyo dyan? Sana ok naman kayo dyan.Baha pa rin ba sa inyo? Mag iingat kayong palagi dyan.See ya! Since you mentioned Julius Babao--he's from TFC's TV patrol World right? Im glad he's not one of those jerks who often insult the Beatles and their contemporary bands in the sixties and seventies. Julius Babao, you rock! And I hope you were reading this thread. And I guess you've heard the anger we're feeling towards your workmates.Welcome to our world Julius!

My respect for the Beatles is almost religious. If I had another religion other than Catholic--its the Beatles. The Beatles revolutionized everything: rock band set up,guitar feedbacks, distortion, backmasking, tape loops, psychedelic and hard rock. To those Filipinos reading this who doesn't quite understand The Beatles brought modern rock n'roll. Elvis,Chuck Berry, Buddy Holly and Gene Vincent were all part of the so called old rock. The Beatles brought modern rock music in the sixties that was followed by the Stones, the Who,Led Zeppelin,Cream and other creative groups of the time.

You mean the scriptwriters, something like that? I dont know man,I dont think the way those faggots at Singing Bee have insulted Jim Morrison has got something to do with the script.I dont think that to be scripted.Besides, kung ayaw ng artista yung script pwede nila di yun banggitin in protest, kaso sinabi din nila so scripted man yun o hindi whether its the scriptwriter's fault or not,its in the mouths of these TFC artists where those insults came from.Get my point? And I know,TFC has long been jealous of GMA Pinoy TV--their rival network.Kaya di umasenso ang Pilipinas duon puro inggitan.

Good morning auntie Nel and Ate Maria--its uh,nearly 6 in the morning and Im preparing to get to work. As of now,I couldn't find anything good to post about the Philippines--there seems to be bad news all the time, everytime I type Philippine news on the search board Well I'll be honoring more Filipino-Americans and other Asian-Americans who were making us Americans proud..Pinoy politicians? Nah,forget it.. for me,they always come up with the word EVIL. Anyway,I'll get back to you guys in the evening...I'll be off to work.. I'll Follow The Sun (Lennon-McCartney) One day you'll look to see I've gone. For tomorrow may rain, so I'll follow the sun. Some day you'll know I was the one. But tomorrow may rain, so I'll follow the sun. And now the time has come And so my love I must go. And though I lose a friend, In the end you will know, oooh. One day you'll find that I have gone. For tomorrow may rain, so I'll follow the sun. Yes, tomorrow may rain, so I'll follow the sun. And now the time has come And so my love I must go. And though I lose a friend, In the end you will know, oooh. One day you'll find that I have gone. For tomorrow may rain, so I'll follow the sun.

Auntie Nel,whats up? How are you and Mike doing? Like what I said,The Beatles revolutionized everything:rock band set up,guitar feedbacks, distortion, backmasking, tape loops, psychedelic and hard rock Something that TFC doesn't understand..you can see the stupidity that lies within that network... Im delighted to hear about what Jess posted about Julius Babao of TFC's TV Patrol World but Im not so keen about that news.Besides,I dont really know Julius, the only show I was watching at TFC during this time is Balitang America.
